This is a lighter version which is just single layer fleece, so nice and comfy for sitting at my desk without being overly hot. I have the thicker version for sitting outside in the evenings. I have seen some people complain about this being too thin - but they should be buying the original if they want something warmer. I specifically wanted a lighter version for less cold days as I am someone who always likes to have a blanket handy.
