## Questions & Answers

**Q: Description says non-gmo but that is not stated anywhere on the bag.  is this non-gmo or not?**
A: The product is 100% natural and says so on the bag. The ingredients listed are all that you would find in a potato. I have used the product and enjoy the texture it gives my bread. Natural & Organic are one of the same. Understand those are just words. Unless you grow it you never know. One really can't trust the certification anymore b/c they are guidelines not law.

**Q: Are these russet potatoes?**
A: Couldn't tell you. Either way I only use it as a additive to my bread dough for a improved texture and moisture.

**Q: What is the caloric content?**
A: A 3 tsp portion of this flour contains 110 cal.

**Q: What is the kosher certification?**
A: Symbol for Kosher certification on bag front.
