For such a small speaker this thing works wonderful! The sound is very clear, and goes much louder than I expected for the size and price. I would definitely recommend this for someone wanting great sound on a budget!

The first time I got this it didn't work well after a month or so and then I left a review stating that. However, sowtech saw my comment and reached out. They sent me a new one and so far it has been working. So I guess it was just a defective one the first time. But works well now.

I really like this little speaker! I was looking for a bluetooth speaker, and a friend recommended the SOWTECH Portable Bluetooth Waterproof Speaker. Seeing as she is very busy and watching her pocketbook with two little twin girls at home, I decided to buy this speaker. I was looking for something that my son could use and not totally break (he is eleven, and if you know anything about eleven year old boys, they are not that gentle with anything). Also I was looking for something that I could take camping and not have to worry about dirt or dew or rain. This speaker fits the bill!I was actually a little surprised at the small size. In some customer photos, it shows it in someone's hand. That hand must not be that big, because I was thinking it was a large man's hand. It's just over 3 inches across, but shy of two inches high. I was a little skeptical that any kind of powerful music could come out of it.I was happily surprised when after I easily paired the bluetooth to my phone and turned it on, it was really belting out the music! It didn't sound tinny at all, and actually had some decent bass notes. Don't think this can replace your $5k home theater system. But for the size and the price, this is a decent little speaker. The volume controls are really easy to work, and this thing really IS WATERPROOF! My son took the speaker into the bathroom to take a shower, with my phone connected to the bluetooth about 15 feet away. I thought he was putting it on the countertop, but low and behold he actually took it in the shower with him! (It really did actually have a nice sound from the shower tiles). I'm not sure if it's recommended to be immersed in water, but I can say that it worked perfectly after he got out of the shower.The only thing I am not really crazy about is the loop that holds the clip. I think I will replace it with an old loop from a keychain that I am no longer using. But really that is the only fault I can find in this little gem.I purchased this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased review.
