Bamboo Pillow-Shredded Memory Foam-Stay Cool Cover With Zipper-Hotel Quality (Travel Pillow 12"X16")

I've had this product for about 6 months now. It's being used as an insert for a couch pillowcase. With the pillowcase on it, it's being used mostly for decor. It has, however, been tossed on the floor & across the room to another chair. It's also been mauled by a kid & slept on by a cat. Yeah, my home decor seems to be a low priority to other members of the household. Basically, I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's still in great shape. I pulled it out of its decorative cover the other day (to wash the cover - for the above reasons), & noticed the pillow was still in great condition. I gave it a little fluff & stuffed it back in its cover. I'm happy with my purchase, even if those I share my home with don't appreciate it. :-)

I purchase this pillow so that I can take it with me when I travel - fits perfectly in my carry on suitcase. When I received the pillow it was a little lumpy and as all memory foam type items it had that smell - but after a day or do the smell dissipated - I washed and dried the pillow and it was the perfect shape and consistency. I use it at hotels so I don't wake up with a crick in my neck. I would recommend this to anyone who uses a foam pillow normally and has issues sleeping when they travel.

Took this on a month long trip and it was surprisingly comfortable, and much more compact than a regular pillow. I am chemically sensitive and was delighted that this pillow was fine for me right out of the bag! I did let it sit out in the sun for a few days just to be sure. The reason I took it is so I did not have to use other pillows that would have scented laundry detergent, and dryer sheet chemicals on them. I was so glad to have this pillow and put the hosts pillows in a closed drawer. I look forward to the day when people understand sleeping on chemicals that are neurotoxins in dryer sheets, fabric softener, scented laundry detergent is not good for human health.

These pillows arrive rolled up like a sleeping bag and come super compressed. I've easily spent 30 minutes with my hands on each of them loosening up the compressed memory foam and they are still somewhat hard and lumpy. There is a serious break in period with these! Senior citizens and people with weak wrists will have a devil of a time getting them soft and even. The soft, spongy handprint you see in the commercial is fantasy, just like the big juicy cheeseburger that is not nearly as impressive in person. Otherwise they are nice, but mine still don't feel soft or broken in after a week.

This is a nice little pillow but is quite firm. I followed all the fluffing directions but still find it too firm for my taste. I needed a small, travel-size pillow for behind my head in my recliner chair when watching TV. The pillow is well made and the zippered cover is well sewn and soft, but I may have to try removing some of the filling to achieve a degree of softness.

I thought it would be a little bit bigger for a travel pillow. It works, but it is so small. So because of this I have to take one of my regular pillows and this travel pillow to sleep. Wasn't expecting on doing this when I travel.

so far I really like this little pillow, it's nice and firm and supports my head perfectly when I'm on the couch or in my lounge chair. I will definitely be bringing this with me when I travel. The only thing that I was a little sad about is the way they cut my cover. It pretty much cut off the design that says bamboo, but this isnt the main reason I bought this to begin with.

didnt really use this much. I purchased it to stuff into a pillow slot of a chair and it didnt work that well. I guess 4 stars?
