This is a real gem. Simple to assemble. Had it put together and seasoned in 30 minutes. The very next day made smash burgers. Plenty of youtube experts to show you how to maximize the 22 inch Blackstone and cook many items with it. Unlike a grill, you better have your food prepped and be ready to move fast. It took 30 minutes to cook the food, eat the food and clean this machine, from start to finish. Keep your grill if you want long and slow cooks. Use Blackstone if you are hungry and dont want to mess around.

Perfect size for tailgating, camping and bringing to friends house for cook outs
Already having a 36" Blackstone that has caused me to retire my gas grill. The size and portability of the 22" allows me to bring it to cook outs and now we have more juicy burgers and everything cooks faster. I seasoned with vegetable oil when it arrived and after 5 oil smoke offs the surface was ready to cook on. I purchased the propane adaptor hose to use a 20 lb gas cylinder with my unit and not the small tanks so I don't know how long a small tank lasts as I wanted to be sure not to run out of gas during a cook, but I guess for small excursions the small tanks are ok. One suggestion is to keep a small level and before using make sure cooking surface has a slight slope to the back grease drain so that cooking grease doesn't pool where you don't want it.

Received product looks great can’t hardly wait to use it. Noticed hood was damaged but not returning it does not appear to interfere with the opening and closing, so I’m ok with it

Cooks well but lots of maintenance we should have gone a size smaller pretty heavy taking itIn and out all the time camping.

Very unhappy with their customer service.
Love the product but it came with a dented hood and they want me to send this heavy thing back by reboxing it and humping it to a post office when I just needed a replacement hood😡
