**Q: How does this rough surface on the pans allow for non stick cooking?**
A: Best.  Pans.   Ever!!!    Not a rough surface.   Just looks rough.  Non stick.  Light-weight.  Love that the handles stay cool.

**Q: This says it stainless steel on the bottom . is it ? the other pan i wanted to buy was described the same but said aluminum bottom . ? confused**
A: The bottom appears to be stainless steel. However the bottom is 1/4 inch thick. My guess it's 1/4" aluminum covered with a stainless steel bottom to prevent discoloration and wear. Aluminum is used when you want to transmit heat quickly and evenly to the pan/pot.

**Q: What are diameters of cooking pans?**
A: Sauce pan is 7 (purchased separately) 9.5 frypan is 8" diameter, 11 inch frypan is 10" diameter. These are excellent pans. We are very happy with our set and clean up is great (no stickys)

**Q: "Is it suitable for an induction stove?"**
A: Yes, it is. Our product can work on all kinds of cooktops, including induction stove.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great pan set

Pan set has been great, we’ve had them for about 6 months or so now. Even heating, easy clean up and they look great. My only complaint is with the utensils the set comes with. They work great, but the finish on the wooden handles started to chip and come off within just a few washes. They are always hand washed, never in the dish washer. I decided to lightly sand the finish off the wood handles of the utensils and applied a linseed oil finish on them. That has held up great the past few months and they look great. Also wish they would make more in this line, another sauce pan or two in different sizes would be nice.
