Do you know what happens in a commercial building if someone accidentally breaks a sprinkler head? I’m sad to say I do. I’ve installed these in closets and areas where it is possible to bump or break a head. They do a great job, serve their purpose. Highly recommend this over the alternative.

they did not attach securely. they are not particularly strong. they are definitely overpriced for this bit of bent metal.i bet the cost to make them is about one tenth of what they are charging, maybe less.save your money and the hassle.I returned them.Better to buy the more expensive ones. you get what you pay for.

We recently had an issue with a sprinkler head in a garage, and the fire monitoring company recommended the installation of sprinkler head guards, especially in areas where the heads might be hit (closets with shelving just beneath the heads, utility rooms, etc.). These guards are not heavy duty, but they serve their purpose: you'll hit them before you hit (and possibly break) the sprinkler heads they're protecting. On semi-recessed heads there's not much room between the flush portion of the base and the square section housing the glass tube, so you have to purchase the correct ones. These fit fine. I was a little concerned about fit because there was no photo of them installed, so I'm uploading one.We had an issue with a single broken guard (out of the box of six), the reseller (Happy Tree) made it right immediately after contacting them. I'll definitely recommend them to my neighbors.
