Dahle 20396 Paper Shredder, High Capacity, Cross Cut, P-4 Security, German Engineered, Jam Protection, Automatic Oiler, SmartPower, 38 Sheet Max

The instructions aren't the greatest. Simply tells you to remove the 4 shipping bolts from inside the cabinet using the included allen wrench. There are 8 screws in there. 4 are phillip head, and four are allen head. But the wrench wasn't the right size. So I took a chance and removed the 4 allen heads with my own wrench. Nothing came crashing down and the machine seems to be working, so I guess it was the correct bolts.Then the machine comes with a giant oil reservoir. But no oil. So off to Staples to by at least a small bottle so it's not running on no oil.My main issue is that although it was packaged in a nice sturdy wooden crate. It was still damaged. There was no padding in the box at all Being so heavy, I'm sure it was beaten around at some point. Not sure if the carrier, or maybe even boxed that way. Luckily it is on the back on the machine and we can hide it against the wall. After I purchased it, I notice the price jumped drastically. So I'm wondering if maybe I received a damaged machine in the first place although there was no mention on the listing.Other than all of that. The machine seems to be working great. It did come with a couple of extra bags, hopefully when those have been used up, we can just use a giant garbage bag or something.
