My daughter loves this machine. I had found it cheaper, but couldn't meet her demands on delivery. So we went with the bit higher price. That is the only reason for the 4 star rating on value. If you can wait for delivery, you can get a great deal

This is my first skin spatula. The shape of this is a bit awkward for my smaller hands. It took me a while to find the best way to hold it, as the device requires the metal pads on the side to be touched while in use to work properly according to the manufacturer.It was interesting to see the gunk vibrating out of pores that haven't been clear in a long time. I do feel like despite following the directions for pre-steaming, washing, and keeping water on the skin, the device has to stay in one spot for a while to really vibrate the dirt out, which can exfoliate your skin more than you might be wanting.My favorite feature is the lifting mode. The alternating vibrational patterns feel really good.The battery doesn't stay charged very long. I have to charge it after every use. Nothing worse than having it die with you face half done.UPDATE: The company did contact me offering a refund. However, I don't feel a refund is necessary as the product still works. I believe it is important to give honest reviews and I just want other buyers to know what to expect from my experience. I have not chamged my rating. Again, thick handle, short use time, and not waterproof.UPDATE 2: I have removed a star because the company is still hounding me by e-mail offering over double what I paid to delete my review, despite me replying politely saying I do not wish a refund and I refuse to delete my review. This is poor business practice. Plain and simple. A 3 star review was not a horrible review. It is average. I rarely give 5 star reviews, because every product has room to improve. The product has to be really excellent for a 5 star and really terrible for a 1 star. Really the worst review is the no star review as the people are just so disgusted with a product they just don't even bother. Please stop offering me money to delete my review.If it keeps up, I will delete another star. That is not good customer service, it is bribe/hush money!UPDATE 3: Someone from the company told me via e-mail that they changed manufacturers because of my review. (I somehow doubt it was because of a single review as that is a huge business decision, but if it is the case, I hope that they increase battery run time and decrease the hamdle width.) I got this because I wanted a tool to help me reduce my blackheads that didn't go with exfoliation. At first, I was going to try a pore suction tool but I was scared about bruising so I decided to go with this that seemed to be softer. I'm glad I did because I try this once, but I'm already in love with the results. The product has a nice design, it doesn't look like a cheap thing. My only perk is that it becomes a little bit uncomfortable to handle after a while using it because you have to keep your fingers on the sides bars but nothing too bad. In the beginning, I feel it wasn't doing too much but then I realized that you have to move it SLOWLY and then you literally see how blackheads come out. I recommend softly stretch the skin to allow it to glide better and to put only water (not cream or cleaner as the manual says) on your skin so you can see from which areas come out more dirtiness. Also, remember to moisturize your skin after because even it doesn't feel aggressive at all it's a strong mechanical exfoliation. Definitely worth a try!

The media could not be loaded.  There are so many products like this one out there. After carefully choosing, I bought this which is on the middle end of price range. But literally this is really worth the money!As soon as I took it out of the box, I decided to give it a try. I read through the manual and used each mode to the fullest and my face feels SO INCREDIBLY SMOOTH.Each mode has a different level of intensity and vibration. I was able to feel it cleaning my skin. I just can't stop touching my face! This is the first skin scrubber I've ever purchased and I'm so satisfied with this product. It made me realize how much dirt is caked up on the surface of my skin. I love it so much and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.Oh,Remember always to follow up with a toner and serum with the moisturizing mode after cleaning.And just wait for a glowing face in the next morning.🤣

I am still not sure if I like this product. I’ve used it a couple times end it seems to do the job. However the charge only lasts about five minutes. That is not long enough to get through my face. I’ve considered returning the product. Maybe if the battery lasted longer I would give it a better review.Update: received an email from manufacturer that I did not read and deleted. This morning I received another email offering a refund. I did not read the email completely and said ok but then I got another email saying I need to delete my review.Reviews are meant to help others determine whether a product is good or not so they can decide if they want to buy it. When a company offers you money to delete your review then something is wrong, both morally and ethically.

I personally do not care for this product. The instructions sent with the product are unclear. They want you to use a form of moisture on the face, but do not specifically say what to use that I can find. It is too complicated Having to keep both ends of the metal on the face. It has also been quite painful to use. I have this done by my esthetician with a professional tool and have mo issues with it hurting or feeling like it’s burning my skin. I’ll leave it to the professionals to do extractions. Hard pass.
