Q: Does this include all the other little books included in the box or just the rulebook?

This is just a rulebook. This is not a box set or module with dice, character cutouts, etc. . No additional supplements. I don't have the first edition anymore but it probably includes some corrections and additional details. If you want more of a "starter pack" grab the cyberpunk Jumpstart kit that came out last year. That contains dice, character tokens, small rulebook/quick guidr, small world book, pregen characters, etc.

Q: Is Johnny Silverhands past really in here

Cyberpunk 2020 advanced the storyline (at the time it was released), and Johnny Silverhand features heavily in this book, though it's not a complete retelling of his story, it does have some adventures and material that incorporate his narrative into events players can experience.
