Disappointed with the product and the service
Disappointed with Product and ServiceI purchased this smart plug a few months ago, and it initially worked fine. However, it suddenly stopped working. What’s even more frustrating is that I couldn’t find any service center or customer support in Bangalore to get it repaired or replaced. For a smart device, I expected better reliability and after-sales support.

Good and useful
Very good programmable smart plug. I am using for charging my devices by using its auto timers for switching on and off as pre programmed, which avoids over charging of devices. I liked its features, but only worried about its life as earlier one I have been using stopped functioning after few years.
