Would it suit someone who is 5'0"? That depends on the length of your legs, arms and body within that 5'0" frame. Personally, I am 5'4.5" and it has adjusted perfectly. One thing to be aware of though - if you are over 6ft perhaps this isn't for you. I'm 6ft and could probably do with a couple more inches of length to the cane.
