Fits my Note 20 like a glove! The lanyard makes it easy to carry it around and the strap makes it easy to hold. My hubby has neuropathy so I needed to find him a case that would be easy to hold and not fall out of his hands and with the strap and lanyard, this case is perfect! He hasn't used the card holder yet but it's a little too snug for someone who has mobility issues like he does to access.

it fits my phone and i like, this strap is a little cheesy, but it will serve my purpose because i will not have it on all the time. the but is because the charger will not fit while its in the case. i'll keep it

3 reasons for one star:* You can’t charge your phone with case on. You have to remove the case to be able to insert charger into charging slot.*The front part of phone case is flimsy and doesn’t provide enough protection for screen. Not as sturdy as back side.* The strap it comes with is garbage. Thin, flimsy and the stitching is falling apart..

It is good quality and durable. Its a little boxy but I've grown used to it. I switch phone cases often. Usually cheaper ones cant stand the wear and tear of constant wardrobe changes but like an aging model, it just takes it in stride.

The case is cute but wasn't for me.. More suitable for teens.. .. I prefer 2 or 3 layers case
