Very tight seal on the dropper to keep germs out, so don’t think the nozzle’s broken like I did at first, until I scoured the reviews here and a man mentioned it was for safety. Just squeeze hard. You get used to it. These drops are Heaven. Nothing like them in US brands. They soak right into your eye. No running all over your face. You’ll never go back to those. Amazing product.

Spent years and years using restasis. In the end, it didn’t do anything at all for me, maybe even made my condition worse. From the first day using Thealoz Duo, I could feel the difference. It really actually helps with moderate to severe dry eye and is long lasting. I could only be happier if it wasn’t so expensive but to have something that finally helps is kind of priceless.
