in one day one the wheel broke down,

I have now used this bag 3 times and it seems something falls apart with each use. There is no more rolling it and there is a small tear from the last time the wheels broke and it drug about 5-10 feet after breaking before I realized and carried it. It's now just an extra tall bag that needs to be carried. Was a good idea at first but now it's just a waste of money I wish Amazon had a 90 day return period

It looked good online, and looked ok when received. Only found out when actually took it to shop for first time, and realize the wheels are to small and the stands are too weak. The bag is simply too small. So now the question is what do you do with it? You can drag it with that whimppy wheel, you can really set it up straight either. It is a small bag but too long to hold on one side and carry in a long walk...it is a cheap design. I would not pay price for it if I run into some like this ever again. I only regret that I did not pay more attention when I received, and it is probably too late to return now....dont repeat my mistake. It is not just the money wasted, it is you get so disappointed

Fell apart third use. And, no, I didn't even have anything heavy in it. I needed something to,drag stuff in and out of the rehab center when my husband was having therapy. I ended up back with totes over my sore shoulder....

The first day I used it the plastic holding one of the wheels broke. The bottom edge of the front above the wheels dragged on the ground and made holes along the edge.The material is not sturdy. A waste of money for an elder, 76, on limited income. A cheat.

Don't buy looks are deciving in this case. Went to the supermarket placed a few bags of groceries. With in two blocks the wheels broke. They need to place better nade wheels then this would be a great item to have. I cannot recommend this to anyone till then. Don't waste your money on this.

I just used twice, and one of the wheel was broken. This product is not worth the money you payed for it.

It is a little flimsy if you stack it too heavy but otherwise it is very handy especially if you take public transportation and the price is right.

Straps broke off and it is smaller than it appears in the picture. In my opinion you are better off paying a bit more.
