Great book allows me to keep track of not just feedings but activies, milestones and much more!
I have been using this book since my baby was 3 days old and now on Book #3. Not only has it allowed me to keep track of feedings and diaper changes (which is important especially when taking baby to pediatrician appts in the first 6 months - you are sleep deprived and cannot remember such things unless written down) but there is a section at the bottom that allows you to take notes. I write down here milestones, new foods baby eats, activities we did for the day, "firsts" that baby has accomplished and so on so forth. It has almost become sort of a diary that I can go back and reread for nostalgic purposes or because I am trying to track something (sleep habits, the last time baby ate pears, etc), or simply because I want to remember certain times of baby's life and development. I highly recommend this book. Trust me, you do not think about writing stuff like this down before you have a baby but once you do you want to remember every aspect of their lives and this will help facilitate that. Great book I highly recommend to everyone with a new baby in tow.

and I loved this book
We had feeding issues with our newborn, and I loved this book! It helped this tired, frazzled mama easily keep track of breast milk and formula intake and sleeping patterns. I also liked that other people could write in it while I was sleeping or away, unlike a phone ap. An unexpected bonus is that I would also write little things in the notes section, like who visited, or what we did that day, or if she had any "firsts." I'm so glad I did because you think you'll write that stuff in the baby book, but by the time I took out the nice baby book, months later, I wouldn't have remembered.

Perfect for us
I really liked this journal in the first few weeks when I couldn't remember feeding from one hour to the next. There are plenty of online apps, but I liked writing down everything by hand. I liked that this journal had a place for both breast feeding (with left, right, and length of feed) and bottle feeding and to note amounts of both breast milk fed and formula fed under bottle feeding. With a place for notes so I could remember when I pumped and a box to check for vitamin (we give vitamin d) and bath, this was a perfect fit for baby and me.

My husband and I loved this product when we used it for our first ...
My husband and I loved this product when we used it for our first son and the updates that have been made make it even better. The best part is that it is simple. 12 Columns for every common daily baby event Start feed, which breast first, length of feed, formula and breast bottle feeds, pee, poo, and sleep start and stop. There are check boxes for marking bath and vitamins, which is great. There is also a 5 line notes section at the bottom. By no means a diary but perfect for writing small events or recording weight and breast milk quantity from lactation meetings. The pages are not dated which means you have to write them in. I like that. If I miss documenting a day I can still use the page. This journal is super!

Great tool for new parents
Liked this book so much I now order them for all my pregnant friends. At first it may seem silly to chart your babies day but once the sleep deprivation sets in its a life saver. The days, feedings, and diapers all run together after awhile. This book helps not only remind you of what time the last feeding was it helps you see patterns in your babies behavior which in-tune helps to get them on a schedule. Its also wonderful at doing away with the baby rundown of events every time I hand him off to my husband or the grandparents since they can just check the book and see if its nap time or feeding time.

Perfect little book to pack in my hospital bag.
This little book is exactly what I needed to keep our newborn on track with breastfeeding. The charts are easy to read and customize to my needs. I searched through many books before I decided on it and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The book is small enough to fit in my purse, but still large enough to allow plenty of space for writing. My only complaint would be that the cover is cardboard. I would prefer it to have a outside plastic cover to protect it from water and such.

This Book is AWESOME!
A friend of ours was using this with their baby that was born a few months before ours.... they were on their second book at that time. They suggested that we picked one up. I am so happy that we had this when we went to the hospital. It was so nice to be able to check when the last feeding was, what side it was on. We also like it for tracking when the last dirty diaper was and what it was. It is so easy to loose track of time and forget this stuff. We were able to keep a very accurate log at the hospital and update the nursing staff when they would check in. Now that we are home we really rely on it. We will continue to use these as long as we need it with this little girl... and all of the little ones in the future.
