The winch was delivered very quickly, much faster than I expected. The installation was very easy, the instructions were easy to follow. I love that the winch control box is located to the side. It allows for open access to the winch to make clean easy after a day on the trail. Similar winches of this quality cost much more. I absolutely LOVE that this winch comes wit both the wired and wireless controllers! Kudos on offering a great winch at a reasonable price.

Works fine. Had questions, no answer from seller. Tried to send in warranty card and it bounced back. I figure they're out of business or don't care. Kind of rolling the dice with this one.......

Winch was super easy to hook up and install. The instructions were pretty explanatory. Remote works well.

This looks awesome on my jeep. I haven't tested it pulling me out of the mud yet, but it pulls the trash can out of the garage!

Used for first time 4/28/19 same month as purchase.Spooled out about 15 feet and when engaged to retract it broke at winch connectionon spool then just spins on itself to.You can tell it was barely hooked onto the winch.

I did not order or install this, but it came on my wifes used wrangler sahara. This winch managed to pull my 97 chevy truck with a dead battery with no issues at all. So all in all i am very impressed with it. Just wish the prior owner had left the manuel wired remote with it. The wireless remote has a slight delay, but nothing that will hinder you.
