These decorating spoons are great in filling my pepper and spice shakers. Less spillage is always a good thing. The stainless of these spoons is substantial in weight, but not too heavy. The curled and pointed, spoon is perfect for refilling my shakers. It's style and size makes refilling less time consuming and more efficient. As professional chef / caterer, I've used many "sauce" spoons over the years. These were almost too cheap to try but I did. Good balance, well sized, I especially like the small spoon for dessert applications. Even a home cook could up their plating game with these.

These spoons aren't super sturdy, but they provide the shapes for plating sauces in pleasing ways. They hold up in my knife roll and in use, but I have to be careful cleaning them because the neck bends very easily and a hairline fracture is certainly possible.

Needed these for easier chocolate pouring and I like it. I kinda have unsteady hands so I’ve had chocolate pouring accidents when too much pours out of my measuring cup. Now I can do the fancy decorative chocolate lines like you see on chocolate covered strawberries or cookies. Or just pouring into small candy molds.
