I really like this bumper but the reason I am taking away two stars is because the inside where there is black tape was coming off and when I installed the bumper the tape was sticking out. Another reason to not give full stars is because of the cutouts. They hurt my fingers and seem like it will give me cuts. Other than that it is a beautiful bumper and I've tried the K11 bumper which is also great but this one is more small and gives the phone a sleek look.I love the look of the buttons too.About packaging, it sounded as if something was moving around when I received it in the mail. Turns out the bumper was not secured and was scraping against the metal box. This gave the new bumper scratches which I am disappointed in.

Dropped the case once and the clasp broke. Also the edges are super sharp and I cut myself grabbing it from my pocket

Good case, but it doesn't cover your camera lens so

Nice looking case but saw significant signal issues with both cellular data as well as wifi. In some areas that I would normally get good LTE signal, I was now getting hardly any LTE signal and sometimes barely even enough 3G signal to use my phone. The bumper looks great on my phone but as far functionality it's not worth the $40 I spent. The shock pads on the inside of the bumper are very cheap and not what I was expecting at all for the price.

Update:Latch no longer connects. Stopped working, no apparent reason. Falls off now.Your signal is cut in half when using this, do not listen to them say it doesn't affect signal strength.Unless they'd be able to replace my case, I do not see myself changing this review.---So I like the product. Sure the shipping took a lot longer than I thought it would. But it came out nice.The packaging was nice, high quality and heavy.First, the major question is, am I not supposed to be able to fit my stock apple headphones in the jack? I mean, they fit through the cut out, but they don't fit once the case is installed. This is a huge deal for me.It was nice that it came with screen protectors; didn't know it came with the case.Wasn't too sure about how to install it due to the 1 and 2 sticker, ended up discarding the front one but applied the back one.The cutouts at the bottom scratch my pinky while I hold the phone to text etc. Too sharp? Makes holding it for long periods of time a bit painful.Other than these things, it is nicely constructed.

I used an older version of this case previously. My phone fell from my pouch while I was zip-lining (about a story high at the moment) and it landed on a log... not a scratch on it. Plus, while it protects your phone efficiently, it does so without covering the back. The slim version is much better, you wouldn't even know it had a case on without your eyes. Highly recommend.

Aesthetically, case is excellent.Functionally, case is very poor:The case cuts off most if not all signal to my phone for both cell service and WiFi, rendering the phone essentially useless.
