10 LED Bright Flexible USB Light with On/Off Touch Switch, Black

I just received my light in the mail today. Took it out of the package and plugged it right in. The light works exactly as described. I have it plugged into a USB slot in my laptop cooler. It bends into just about any position you would want to put it in, and the light does in fact, have an on/off switch. I understand some reviewers were sent models that didn't have switches. Hopefully they were able to resolve that with either Amazon or the seller. The light is operated by just a touch to the end cap of the light. I would love it even more, if I could have someone also dimmed the light or it had a couple of brightness settings. That being said, it does what it's supposed to do, and one really can't ask for more than that. Wonderfully, the light does not block my screen if I have it positioned to light up my keyboard. I was worried that it might, or that it would block me from properly typing on, or using the keyboard. It does not. I bought the light, so that I could either light up my keyboard, or use it to file my nails, or whatever one might want to do in an otherwise dark environment without having to put on a room light. Great light. Thumbs up.

I bought these lights because I needed something for my desk at work! Okay, decent price but the quality of the product is not very good. As you turn the lights on and need to adjust them, they flicker like there is bad wiring on the inside of the metal. Also after some time of use, I have probably well over 200 hours on them and now the LEDs are starting to become DIM and to not emit as much light as they used to right out of the box. Overall, it is not worth the money because a few dollars more you could get something that will last longer. Unless I can become proven otherwise.

Does exactly what I was hoping it would do. I have it plugged into a Raspberry Pi used for Octoprint. It shines on my 3D printer, so I can have a light on while I monitor it remotely. I took off one star because there is one LED that stops working until I squeeze the lamp, and it will come on for a while, and sometimes goes back off. I probably just got a dud, but 5 stars is perfect, and a random light keeps it from this, and it is also part white and part black. Lamp is black, but the USB plug is white with metal color flex in the middle.

Works great, can be coiled to stand alone or plugged into lap top or monitor. Lights up the keyboard and the the top of my desk well and works great on my laptop without disturbing others in the room.

This little thing is so bright yet compact.
