These are lovely and smell good as well. I find the scent comforting.....I do wish that the labels peeled off easily. It would be nicer to burn when I need them without the label.

Exactly as described. One burned for about 30 hours, and the other a little longer. Both were carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, packed in more bubble wrap in a cardboard box, and arrived intact. Holder is thick, clear glass, and looks very nice. Label is on only one side and relatively small so you can turn the candle with the label away from view. These cost more than the competition, but seem well worth the extra cost, especially when you read the reviews for the other ones. Oh, and they are beeswax!

Lasts, are beautiful, brings warmth and meaning. Worth the money.

Buying a yahrtzeit candle is not what I’d call a joyous experience. If you’re reading this, may sweet memories of your loved one bring you comfort. The candle, which comes in a sturdy, simple glass, burned for approximately 36 hours, much longer than expected or advertised! My only kvetch is that the label doesn’t peel off. Call me fussy, but I don’t need my grief sponsored. With a few minutes of scraping, some GooGone and elbow grease, I was able to light my candle without the unsightly label. Also note (as I failed to), that this is a two pack.

I liked that they burned evenly

It burned lopsided enough that it wouldn't have lasted 24 hours had I not set it on something to tilt it for the last few hours. Even then it barely hit 24 hours, not the 26 hours the label claims.
