PaleoHacks Thyroid Reboot Cookbook Paperback – January 1, 2016

Very informative information if you deal with thyroid condition.

I like all the information in this book. I have learned alot.

Although the contents may be stellar, I haven’t gotten that far. Apparently interior of book was done by an inexperienced designer, not educated in/or at least not fully appreciative of readability factors. Content too valuable to have accessibility compromised.

Good book. Learned so much about the Thyroid that I didn't know.

I’ve only started to read it , but I like the way it explaines things and easy to understand. From how much I’ve read it.

Disappointed in the menu suggestions and recipes. I was hoping it would share some poor folks food ideas. Lol! It did make me go back to thyroid meds. But I will add the thyroid renew to my diet.

This book is so full of information

A lot of good information. Can't wait to put it to use and hopefully have some positive results. So tired of what's happening to my body with the thyroid medication. I definitely want a change and I want to be healthy. This book looks like I can achieve that goal. Thank you, Ms. Kinsey Jackson for your dedication in helping people with your knowledge and helping people live healthy.
