The Batteries were dead!!!!!
Just opened the item and inserted the batteries provided. NOTHING HAPPENNED!!!!!I put fresh batteries in and it works just fine.Hey, for the price I paid for this thing which my wife wanted as a replacement for the one she had, the batteries SHOULD have worked. I guess when these items are sitting around in some warehouse location and rarely called for, the Chinese batteries COULD go dead.Anyway, knock a couple of bucks off this purchase.

Not Bad for the Price, if You Don't Mind Having to Use Your Own Batteries
When I first tried to use this I thought it was broken because the batteries that were included were completely dead. Once I installed my own batteries it worked as expected. Not too bad for an epilator with one blade, and frankly if you find this something you were described as "painful" by any stretch of the imagination you are a disgrace to all that is womankind. Even the description of it feeling like a rubber band snap is an overstatement.

I found it worked better in areas that have coarse hair versus thin peach fuzz like hairs. I reccommend getting one with more tweezers because this took such a long time to make a difference; this one only has a single tweezer. If your looking for something to remove distinct, coarse hair in the eyebrow area or upper lip I recommend this. If you want something to remove thinner dark hair and much of it this isn't for you. hope this helps.

Fantastic...no more wax for me.
I love it so much I ordered another same day it arrived. Worked great for chin & lip. I have course & fine hair. You couldn't see my hair but I could feel them It got them all once I pulled my skin taunt as instructed. I held straight up and moved it around like my dad did with his razor. I'll never use wax again. Very pleased!

Have no idea
Chinese batteries included with item were dead and starting to corrode in plastic package. Won’t know how product is until I get better and can go out and buy AAA batteries

Tired of plucking? This is for you!
As a 50 year old woman, I am tired of plucking these random hairs I can FEEL but not even see yet, and I end up digging them out with tweezers. This gets those, too! This is so much better than plucking or waxing around my lips area. I highly recommend!!
