I spent a long time researching for a new commuter bag after my last backpack I purchased on Amazon fell apart after a few months. I live in Chicago and ride the train to and from work. I needed something that could hold my umbrella and coffee tumblr, and my laptop and book(s) when needed. The storage on this thing is fantastic. Little pockets for a granola bar, tissues and sanitizer. It easily fits a small to large laptop and dongles. Everything from my glasses to notebooks and pens have their own spot, with still more pockets for whatever random thing you need to travel with. This is a great travel bag for a business trip, and if you wanted to stole away a change of clothes for the gym, it'll store it without having to double up on a separate bag. The stitching is quality, which is something I never had to worry about until I've had several bag shoulder straps tear off. The canvas is durable enough to get through a rain storm. Lastly, it's pretty freggin' stylish. It's professional, without being so slim you can't fit stuff. Buy this bag, it's the best damn purchase I made in a while, and has made my commutes much more bearable.

WHAT I LOOK FOR: I look for a good quality messenger bag at an affordable price. Price is a huge factor for me as I have three children. Quality is extremely important to me. I do not want to have to purchase new messenger bags in a couple of months because the bags couldn't withstand the school day and various activities of my super busy children. Comfort is another important element when purchasing messenger bags . My son literally packs all of his school books, notebooks, folders and binders in his bag in the morning and carries everything around all day long because his classes are in one wing of his high school and his locker is completely on the other side of the high school. We settled on the VASCHY Messenger Bag because it would fit a laptop, school books and a camera if needed. The Gray Messenger bag is actually the perfect size and color for my high school students, my middle school student and myself! I carried the Messenger Bag to work on Monday and I loaded it up with my laptop, my iPad, my camera AND an extra lens and some notebooks that I needed. I was even able to toss in a large bottle water and a bottle of cold coffee with room to spare. I really like the padded shoulder strap and the clips. The fact that it is waterproof is awesome. My kids wait in lines a lot waiting for the bus and it pretty much is always raining during the fall and spring. The bag has an amazing padded compartment for the laptop and keeps heavy books from digging into your body. Very happy with the VASCHY Messenger Bag.

When we go to things like trade shows and fairs, I liked to carry a messenger bag with me to carry water bottles, snacks and in case I purchase anything. My old bag lasted me 30+ years, and it truly had seen much better days. I ordered this bag as the replacement, and I am very impressed by the quality of the merchandise! Thick, canvas bag. The zippers are rugged, the strap is beefy, plenty of storage. I already have my pen, paper, umbrella and bottle of sunblock in place! Looking forward to taking it on our next trip!

I've had this bag for over a year now, and I like that it looks professional with the dark fabric and leather accents. It has a lot of different pockets for keeping things organized, and the laptop sleeve is padded, which is nice. It has ample room in the inside to hold a laptop and several books/binders/devices at the same time, in addition to everything that fits in the pockets. However, there are a few minor flaws that continue to annoy me. The metal link attaching the shoulder strap to the leather bag loop is designed so that it always turns sideways, which causes stress on the leather and will lead to it breaking in a few more years. If they had designed it to not turn sideways, this could have been avoided (though for some reason, this flaw is common in shoulder bags). Also, there is no pocket on this thing that can hold a modern water bottle. The side pockets are too small, and even the main pocket is too narrow to bulge out and hold it well. Still, it's a good bag, and if my current one dies then I'll probably look into getting a new one

Após anos comprando uma mochila "barata" a cada ano porque nenhuma durava, decidi investir em uma de qualidade mesmo que por um preço maior, e não me arrependo. Comprei a de 15,6" e nela cabe tudo que cabia na minha antiga mochila e de forma bem mais organizada por conta dos diversos compartimentos nela. Uso tanto para a faculdade quanto para o trabalho e apesar do peso não deu nenhum sinal de rasgo. Ela fica estufada, mais arredondada, se você colocar muitos livros nela, mas um fichário e um kindle resolvem esse problema estético. A partição para notebook é acolchoada, segura e coube meu notebook de 16" tranquilamente. Se você tiver algum problema de coluna ou ombro e for carregar muito peso como eu, pense antes de comprar, porque o peso não fica igualmente distribuído como em uma mochila.

This bag is very stylish and well finished, and appears to do the job I wanted it too. It doesn't look like a laptop bag- which was important to me due to concerns regarding aggrivated theft. The bag also fits in well with smart and/or formal wear. There is enough room in the main compartment for 2-3 moderately thick A4 sized books in addition to a 15.6 inch laptop, if you need to carry more than that though, or you have other bulky objects to take in addition to books/folders (such as a lunch box), then you might find this bag too small unless you leave something behind or get really creative with the space to squeeze it in. However, it is worth mentioning that there are a myriad of pockets of various sizes and shapes that can be utilised for any small items such as stationary or drink canisters etc so that they don't take up valuable space in the main compartment.

This is a great messenger bag with a large capacity to hold considerable weight including a 17 inch laptop. It is stylish and can help in moving stuff from A to B. Casual yet still put-together this type of bag is more practical and comfortable than a tote, more relaxed than a briefcase, and more professional than a backpack. Worn across the body or with a strap over one shoulder, the bag is especially ideal for commuters because it has a slim silhouette and provides easy access to belongings while you’re on the go. It can be carried with a handle on the top or can be worn via a shoulder strap. The strap however is fixed and cannot be removed. So if you dont want to use the strap, you will have to push the shoulder strap inside the back which is a bit of an inconvenience. It is well organized, roomy enough to hold your essentials, attractive and comfortable to carry. The laptop compartment is padded for extra safety and care. The canvas is stylishly structured and well stitched. It may look like that it is drooping a but but if you put a laptop in it, it will stand erect. There are two side pockets which are additional storage for on the go and immediate access. The main flap is latched via two plastic snap locks which are skillfully hidden on the inside. The two front pockets open with zippers and can be used for multi purpose. Not sure if it can be washed, but it looks like it that it wont go bust with washing.
