We had a rocky start, but once I figured out what it needs to perform perfectly, I felt satisfied that the collar did indeed work as described by the seller.Be sure to charge the unit fully before using. Do not leave your pet unattended while using the device. I have become aware that when the battery begins to lose charge, unexpected vibration may initiate a warning tone followed by a zing. This occurred when my small dog jumped up onto our bed, also when a cabinet door slammed.Watch the time on the charge, the manufacturer says it stays charged for 4 hours, but I feel as if it is unreliable after 3.I'm glad I purchased this collar, it has done exactly what I hoped it would do and that is to stop my dog from incessantly barking. All it takes is the warning tone. I've used the collar successfully about 4 times, I've only had it a week, yesterday my dog sat silently at the door upon arrival of a work crew and then again in the evening when my husband came home from work. He did not have the collar on during either of those occasions.I hope this was helpful in your decision making process.

Our dog barks constantly when we are not home, which is not very often since my husband and I both work from home, but often enough that the City has cited us and told us they will take her to "doggy jail" the next time we get a complain. Great. We tried another brand of collar first, and it worked for a while but then seemed to malfunction and was shocking her even when she didn't bark! We ordered this collar to replace it and I have to say, it works great. I like that it gives an audible warning first, so she has a chance to stop barking and she won't get a shock. I also like that it has 6 levels of correction so we can adjust the sensitivity. What I don't like is the actual collar itself. It is a plastic black collar with a buckle closure. It is cumbersome and cheap looking. I took the adjustable cloth collar with a clip closure from the old malfunctioning collar and put the new shock mechanism on that, and it works perfect. No dog likes having a shock collar put on, so making it quick to get on helps a lot.

I had high hopes but the wind sets it off and everything else. I was carrying it to put it on my dog to try it out it went off three times! I wasn't barking just walking and not even having the collar touch anything I first thought it was a fluke or that the metal part of the collar must have contacted the probes but I mad sure nothing was making it go off and it just alarms not once but three times while holding it I set the sensitivity level to one....still went off randomly. And then I tried it on our dog...I went off three more times as soon as it went on him and he was quiet not barking not shaking nothing. Son took it off and waited turned it off and back on. And the same thing. This has been the worst collar so far! We have tried expensive. Ones but the contacts were to short for our dogs thick coat and no warning beep just increasing shock. So it didn't help at all... I hoped a rechargeable one. Would be better than using batteries like crazy while training our huge puppy to stop barking....this isn't it.If anyone can help with adjusting the sensitivity level as the only level adjustable is how strong to shock the dog. Not the level of barking this collar picks up. It would be great for the help! Our puppy is a big hound lab mix... At 110lbs and just under a year old we need a collar that helps! We have tried sport dog, pet safe, a cheap bark no more collar and so far the cheap one is better, but not as reliable as we would like.

This product arrived on time, and was packaged well. However, the instructions are terrible, very difficult to understand. I was hesitant, but finally tried it once my puppy got her cone off from being spayed. I charged it according to the instructions, got the device to fit properly, and tried it out. Every little vibration or movement made it emit a loud tone (almost as annoying as a bark would be), and then give a zing. My dog was petrified since the collars reaction was connected to every little movement. I took it off of her immediately as it began to seem like more of a torture device. If I set it up or did something wrong, I have only the ambiguous directions to blame. I've used a different anti-bark collar, and they can be very effective and humane if the device functions properly. I would not recommend this collar for training your dog.

Been using collar for bout 9 months now they worked good for first few weeks then I had to charge them more frequently...then more frequently..frequently..to where finally now they won't hold a charge for more than about 10 minutes also one of the collars lights and warning beep was going off and shocking my dog and he was just sitting there not making a sound.. My suggestion is to spend more money and go with a bigger name brand like sport dog it's worth it to keep from hurting your dog

I had high hopes for this anti bark collar. The first issue is with the design, and how users go about changing the sensitivity levels. If you are patient and follow the instructions you can figure it out, but from a UX standpoint, the designer could have done a better job.My next comment if for the seller, after I received my package I also received an email from you. While I appreciate your candor, in regards to the battery life. You should put that information in the item description. You could have saved me the time Inwasted ordering this product 3 hours of battery life is pathetic.For those of you looking for a product similar to this one, please look somewhere else. I am returning this product and will continue my search for a rechargeable anti bark collar.

I love the idea of it being rechargeable, waterproof, and it was all these things. It fit well and had a nice band and buckle. However, it did not do the basic thing that I needed it to, which is apply appropriate correction. It would shock my dog when she was just hanging out doing nothing! Had to return it.
