Marine Dynamics Stealth 2-3 Stingray Gray Stealth 2 Hydrofoil

I have a 1992 19' open bow I/O boat and this product performs exactly as the manufacturer states in three regards. After installing it improved my hole shot when towing tubes or skiers allowing a faster plane. Secondly it greatly mitigated porpoising which means the front of the boat bounces up and down. Lastly I am able to tow tubes at a lower speed which makes it great for younger kids or first timers on the tube. I would recommend this product for anyone experiencing similar issues. I am really amazed such a simple device solved these issues.

I INSATLLED THE STEALTH BY STING RAY ON THURSDAY, JUST LIKE THE INSTRUCTIONS STATED AND LET THE LOC TITE DRY AS STATED . TOOK IT TO THE RIVER IN VANCLEVE ON SATURDAY MORNING IT DONE GREAT FOR ABOUT TILL ABOUT MID DAY. 3 PEOPLE IN THE BOAT PLANED OUT IN HALF THE TIME. ABOUT MID DAY WE WAS HEADED BACK UP RIVER AND THE BOAT WAS RISING IN THE FRONT END AND BOUNCING LIKE BEFORE. PULLED UP TO A SANDBAR AND GOT OUT THE BOAT TO REALIZE THE HYDROFOIL WAS GONE. WASTED MONEY . IT WAS INSTALLED PROPERLY AND TO THE T OF WHAT THE INSTRUCTIONS SAID TO DO. THEIR IS NO EXPLINATION OTHER THAT IT SHATTERED DUE TO PRESSURE AND IM OUT 85.00 . IF SOMEONE HAS A NUMBER THEY WOULD LIKE TO SHARE I WOULD LIKE TO CONTACT THE COMPANY. PROBABLY WONT DO ANY GOOD BUT WORTH A SHOT. 8/6/2018

After installing this fin I took the boat for a ride, while it did help the boats hole shot as claimed it didn't fare well. When I arrived back at the marina I found the metal bracket that holds the fin to the lower units cavitation plate had broken off and was dangling. I would not purchase this again and will stick to the drilled types from now on.

Very pleased .Took the gamble on a used item and was pleasantly surprised to find one only deep scratch which I repaired using my heat gun. Performs like new and I saved a bundle of dollars over the new price so whats not to be happy about .

Don't let the high stars fool you bought item installed as instruction said as soon as I went in the water on the first run it came right off

My boyfriend would leave a more detailed view. But, it does what it was designed to do, keep the front of the boat down and from bouncing us in the waves.

Le produit est très bien vraiment efficace et améliore grandement le comportement de mon bateau. Dejauge plus vite, reste dejaugé à plus faible vitesse, stabilise le nez et le comportement par mer clapoteuse et bien bien meilleur. En revanche et c'est admissible! La fixation ne tient pas, le foil s'est arraché après 25h de navigation. Je vais recommander mais je percerai pour boulonner.
