I don't know about the anti-cellulite but my skin feels awesome...not sure I like the peppermint but that is my bad. My only complaint is the bag doesn't like to re-seal because of the salt that gets in the grooves. Perhaps they can create a re-usable glass jar to put the bag contents in so it stays fresh. It also seemed like very little product in the bag...

The packaging makes it messier to use. It's in a heavy duty zip lock bag and when you reach in to get some product out, you can't help but get stuff into the zip track and then it won't close. The little specks of coffee get all over the shower too and become quite the clean up after use. I will not order again even though it smells heavenly and its intended use as scrub is excellent.

So that's what you're going to get! :)"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?!", I screamed at this plastic bag of Alexa Coffee Scrub the second I opened it. The most delicious scent I've ever encountered assaulted my senses immediately. After wetting my face, I plunged my hand into the bag, filled my fingers with the tan and brown flaked scrub, and began to slowly massage my face. Using circular motions as clearly defined on the bag, I continued to give my face what I'm sure was like Christmas Day. Ending my facial massage, I rinsed it with warm water. Due to the oils in the scrub, my face reacted like a windshield with RainX on it ... the water simply balled up and fell off. Intrigued, I slowly ran my hand over my face, and was met with a shock. My combination, red splotchy facial skin, was smooth and glowing! I, of course, followed with a moisturizer for added effect.This is not only the most delicious smelling, organically packed and healthy scrub I've ever used, but it's also the the most downright exciting. This has many different uses, and I will be using this on other "problem" areas besides my face for many days to come. Thank you for creating an amazing product, Alexa!!I do have ONE con, though ... and that is simply that the bag the scrub comes in it quite large, and there's just a little bit of scrub in the bottom. The sides, however, are covered in scrub, so when I stick my hand in to reach the scrub at the bottom, it gets covered in scrub from the sides. Smaller packaging would be ideal!

Rub a Dub Scrub! A delightful shower treat. This organic body polish is nicely scented with coffee and peppermint. Typically I make my own from organic ingredients, so I am picky and compare. I was very happy with the Alexa coffee body scrub. The package is a nice size at 8 oz. It also would make a wonderful gift if you are needing a quality pampering for someone.You can just get your feet wet if you are doing a pedicure with it. All you have to do is get your body wet, or the particular area you are using it on. I put a smidgen between my fingers and only use it on key body dry areas. If you want to slather it all over that is ok too! I just like to make it last because it is nice on my skin. I have several dry eczema areas and dry areas on my feet.I have used other brands and had to transfer it into another container of my own, I love that with this one I didn't have to! It is not to cumbersome in the shower, the package is easy to open and close. The Alexa brand is made in the USA with organic all natural moisturizers. My skin is soft silky smooth with the combination of the great ingredients of dead sea salt, organic oils, organic coffee and organic shea butter. I used the scrub on my hands, feet, upper arms and legs. The scrub doesn't leave behind an oily residue, just a nice soft skin feeling. It's great for light exfoliating. Scrub, rub and rinse! I purchased this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and un-biased opinion. I really like this scrub, the texture is perfect and the oils made my skin SUPER soft! I only have 2 complaints...the peppermint smell didn't really smell like peppermint. Instead it just smelled kind of weird. This is my own personal preference, so I did not take a star away for that. I did knock a star off for packaging though. The bag is just a bad choice for this type of product. It is extremely hard to handle while in the shower, it doesn't close after using product since the granules get into the zip lock part, and the size is very deceiving. You do get quite a bit of product but due to the bag being huge you really expect more. I hope they change the packaging and then I will for sure purchase again.

OK...As a guy (with oily skin), I ordered the Taylar Made (Peppermint Essential Oil with Cacao) after using a sample of the original Alexa: Her Connection. After the first try, my face was fresh and clean all day. The product is so good, you think you can eat it (but don't, just lightly scrub your face, neck and shoulders!!). I'm very impressed. My wife tried it and ordered two more for her sisters. It's so nice to find a product that surprises beyond your expectations.
