I would like to konw this elite strap is easy to disassemble? and worry about if the battery capacity is enough...

I bought Aubika head strap with lower price, comes with larger battery capacity, I love it! And easy to disassemble.

Does the headset fit with elite strap and rubber grips/protection on handles and halo

That`s a `YES` on that, I have no trouble packing it in to the case plus the lens anti scratch rings I brought all so for it.

What power size is the battery?

The Oculus Quest 2's built-in battery averagely lasts only two hours, and the Elite Strap's secondary 4,676mAh pack effectively doubles that. So it will roughly provide two more hours of use.

Does it work with the vive deluxe audio strap?

Yeah but you have to buy 3D printed adapters
