Lavender Flower Lavender, or Lavandula angustifolia, is one of the most common flowers and essential oils used in aromatherapy because of its relaxing properties, calm nerves, lead to better sleep, improve skin health, and provide many other benefits. Lavender flowers often make use of lavender honey, or use the petals to garnish salads. The most common way lavender is consumed is by brewing a tea from its buds. Making your own lavender tea is fairly easy: 1.Boil 8 oz. of water. 2.Place 4 tsp. of fresh lavender buds into a tea ball or sachet. 3.Place the tea ball and water into a teacup. 4.Let steep for 10 minutes. Then enjoy it!

Smells Good
I read the reviews and a lot of people complained there wasn't a smell and some said they looked pale, but I actually have a good batch because it smells fresh and they have a bright purple color and I love it! Thanks!

Great
I made tea out of it with chamomile flowers. Made me really sleepy with in about 40 min. For someone who has sleep issues, this is great addition to diet before bed.

It smells like a field of lavender and its food grade. I bought it to try in a recipe and it works just as it was ment for.

Chemical smell
This tea has a chemical smell of a fabric softener, not of natural lavender. It is also made in China, which is mentioned nowhere. And it's not eligible for return.

These lavender buds are beautiful, look fresh and smell wonderful. Great for crafts. I used them in soap. I'll purchase them again when I run low.
