Thanks** A: Hi Gordon, It's Olam from King Leonidas here. Check out a 2013 study 'A Randomized Evaluator Blinded Study of Effect of Microneedling in Androgenetic Alopecia'. It concluded microneedling is a safe and a promising tool in hair stimulation and also is useful to treat hair loss. With our 0.3mm you can use this 3/4 times week and our 0.5mm we recommend using it 1/2 times a week as it's slightly deeper. It's recommend to replace the derma roller after around 15 uses so the 0.3mm should be replaced after 1-2 months and the 0.5mm every 2-3 months depending on use.
