A: Not sure what you are connecting it to, but I have zero problems with my Bluetooth. If it is a computer, be sure you have the latest Bluetooth drivers. Check any other bluetooth connections. Do they all work reliably? You may have a bad keyboard, but I would rule everything else out first. What you are reporting is not normal.
