I was really hoping that these Relax pills would help me with my nerves and anxiety but sadly, I haven't noticed any difference at all. I have taken them for a few days now, hoping time would help but they still have had no effect on me. Very disappointed. The capsules are decent sized and a bit hard to swallow so be sure to have the full glass of water it suggests to take the pills with as well.I received this product at a disocunted rate for me to review. I recieved this at a disciunted price. The relax anti-anxiety and stress formula does exactly what it says relieves anxiety... I get anxiety from little things like things being out of place or being around to many people at once the formula relaxed me just after using it the first time. Highly recommend for anyone with anxiety.

This seemed good. I'm not a scientist so I don't know if it was placebo, but I think I felt relaxed when taking it. Good product.
