Bad Product - DO NOT BUY IT....
This is tub is a piece of crap. Don't waste your money on this product as motor crapped out within 3 months. It got replaced and it broke again beginning of the year. Product support is also painful and don't recommend this.

A multitude of issues!
This hot tub is 2.7 years old, The headrests disintegrated , the circuit board shorted out, and now the filter will not run off! Temperature reaches 107! I’m into an additioned $700 for repairsBuyer Beware!

great! can't beat the price!
First of all, the product looks nicer than the pictures show. The outside is not wood that will immediately age. The inside is textured which is actually kind of nice because you don't float away or fight to keep in a comfortable position. It is also easier to make the jets hit just the right spot. The filter and built in ozoniator make for easy, almost no maintenance. Set up was a breeze: wipe it out, fill up, and plug into the wall. We added a floating container with bromine tablets at the recommendation of our local spa and pool service company, and our water looks and feels great. We're in it about twice a day. It heats up quickly, which is great because I like it at about 102 and my husband likes it around 96, so we change it daily. Its maximum temperature is 105. It came with a very nice sturdy cover. I loved free shipping. This item alone made a prime membership worth it, but we have been prime members for a while now. The only negative thing I can say is that I feel like the jets could be stronger, but it's our first hot tub, so I didn't know quite what to expect. Overall, this was a great purchase, and we're considering buying a second one.

This was covered under warranty and was easy and simple to replace on my own
After seeing a negative review, I figured I would chime in here and write one. I purchased this tub from Amazon directly in April of 2015. I did have one problem with the ball valve (drain) where it leaked early after the purchase. This was covered under warranty and was easy and simple to replace on my own. The cover is holding up fairly well, but note that it is in a sunroom and does not get full direct sun. The tub itself seems to be holding up well.I'm actually surprised that when it is 20-30F on my sunroom without heat, how the tub will stay at 102-103F (as set) with no problem. The tub seems to be well insulated as in the winter it stays warm, and in the summer it stays very warm (sometimes over what is set).I know this tub is only 1 year, 4 months old, but so far I'm enjoying it. The only issue - wish the jets were more powerful / had a stronger motor. If I ever need to replace the motor, I may put a strong pump on (as recommended by the company). As this tub gets older, I will continue to update my review. Would recommend and HAVE recommended this tub to family members and friends on the hunt.

NO RESOLUTION FOR WARRANTY REPAIRS
I am BEYOND LIVID with the run around I have been getting from Strong Spas. I bought a very nice looking lounger from a dealer in the Houston suburbs. It worked flawlessly for about 8 months. Then, all of a sudden it goes out and so I contacted the warranty department, as any reasonable person would do.First the guy on the phone tries to troubleshoot it with me. He "diagnoses" the issue and sends the part to a repair company from Conroe, Texas. That is when our nightmare began in earnest. This company replaces some different parts on several visits over the course of several months (none are what the guy had guessed over the phone) and thinks it is fixed because it powers on and runs. As soon as I attempt to stick the tester strip in to see what chemicals to add THE HOT TUB SHOCKS THE DAYLIGHTS OUT OF ME. So I call an electrician. We end up rewiring the entire tub from motor to breaker box and having several parts replaced. Same company comes back, now nothing works.I ask Strong Spa to have a different repair company come because I have lost faith in the Conroe boys over the past months. Houston is the fourth largest city in the US, so surely there are other companies?Next on the scene is a "company" (just one guy) from south of Houston. He has been to my home FOUR TIMES and he has replaced the motor and literally almost every other part. The last time was yesterday when he shows up with a new "computer" which has been diagnosed as being "bad".Spoiler alert: the hot tub still doesn't work because apparently Strong Spas sent him a "bad" computer to install in place of the bad computer we already had.It would be funny if I didn't buy this hot tub for medical reasons like chronic pain. All I usually get in response to my calls and emails is silence. I need to know where to turn to get actual resolution to my issues so that I can have a working hot tub. It is about to be 10 months without being able to use and it is only 18 months old.
