A: I bought the slotted spoon but the only thing stamped on it is stainless.  Do not remember what was on the packaging.

**Q: How much liquid does the ladle hold?**
A: I did not buy the ladle. I bought the skimmer which I use to remove grease from frying foods and doesn't hold liquid
