Nice Clean Light
Very easy to install. Installation was kind of intimidating at first look. After shutting power at the breaker simply cut out the wires going to the ballast. No need to remove the ballast. Run the neutral (white) to all the wires on one side of the fixture and the hot (black) to the other side. I found I only need one light for each double fixture, on some I'm putting two. Since I have about 80 fixtures to rewire in my showroom I will be at this for awhile. It's nice being able to use the old existing fixtures. The rewire takes about 15 minutes each.

Bright white light and never replace a ballast/starter again!
These LED bulbs are great! It took about 15 minutes to bypass the ballast and modify the fixture wiring. The bulbs come on immediately and are bright. The provide a nice white light, not blue, nor yellow. I ordered 2 bulbs and each came in its own protective cardboard tube and the tube was in a cardboard box. There are no paper instructions but there is a little sticker on the side of the bulb that shows how to wire the bulb.It is important to note that this product is not a direct replacement bulb. This means if your fixture has AA ballast or starter they will need to be bypassed to provide 110 VAC directly to the bulb. This is not nearly as intimidating as it sounds.

Great Tube light replacement
These LED bulbs are great! It took about 10 minutes to bypass the ballast and modify the fixture wiring. The bulbs come on immediately and are bright. The provide a nice white light, I ordered 4 bulbs and each came in its own protective cardboard tube and the tube was in a cardboard box. There is a little sticker on the side of the bulb that shows how to wire the bulb.It is important to note that this product is not a direct replacement bulb. The ballast and starter if installed they will need to be bypassed (not removed) to provide 110 VAC directly to the bulb. This is not nearly as intimidating as it sounds.

Wish I could give this a Negative star This product stinks.
These lights are pieces of garbage, the first two arrived, one damaged and the other it worked for almost 15 minutes before half of it burned out. I ordered a replacement bulb for the damaged light and it arrived, totally unfunctional. I was so frustrated with the quality of the lights (and the fact that it was a third strike), I chose to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMAPNY AGAIN. I recommend that peopl take their business elsewhere as the quality of this product is shabby at best.

Very bright
Very happy since converting to these LED lights in my garage and workshop. The lights were bright enough that I only needed to use 4 LED bulbs when I originally needed 8 flourescent.Be very aware that if you are changing out fluorescent bulbs to LEDs you will need to remove the ballasts which is a pretty simple task, otherwise they won't work and will just flash.

Wow
Excellent lights. Checked with lumen meter and found 1 LED tube at 126 lm compared to 2 fluorescent at 112 lm. Have ordered 200 and all worked right out of the box. Only negative is the packaging, sloppy oversized box for quantity of 10 per box but each tube was in its own sleeve so they were protected

Installed these last night. There are no wiring instructions ...
Installed these last night. There are no wiring instructions for the ballast bypass but it's not hard to figure out. In fact it'd be hard to get it wrong.I did rotate them both toward the outside to get fill coverage. They are quite directional.I also, as others suggested, put a zip tie holding up the middle as they slump down a bit in the middle.

Good light
Had an 8ft T12 fixture with two bulbs that would only stay on a short time, then cut off, then come on again for a little while later. The ballast was bad so I bought one of these, cut the ballast out of the wiring, used some wire nuts to tie the wires together and got this one working. I like the amount of light it gives. I like that I didn't have to change the entire fixture. I only installed one where there were two, and I have no issue with the amount of light I have. I did have to wire it up a little different to get the fixture to work with one bulb. Putting the second bulb in makes the connection to the first bulb so I bypassed that.
