Not good.
Housing split at about 4,000 miles of use. Says they replace the Cummins and Fleetguard part numbers but they are not the same quality filter.

WARNING HIGH failure rate, do NOT meet Cummins or Fleetguard specs.
Total waste of money. The seam split on mine in less than four months and 3,000 miles of use. They do everything to imply they meet Cummins / Fleetguard standards and quality - they DO NOT! Read the buyer reviews. They have about a 33% failure rate (one out of three reviews) where the filters split open and leak. Who knows what the inside of the filter is like, or doing, if they can't even make the case so it doesn't split. Do you want to risk damaging your engine or be stranded on the highway (like I was) because you tried to save a few dollars on these cheap Chinese knock-offs? Photo shows case separation at seam.

50/50 on the product
I bought 2. Put the first one on and it had a crack in the plastic housing. Diesel fuel sprayed everywhere. Couldn't return the item because I wasn't going to drive around smelling diesel in the cab. Although I put 2nd one on and good to go.
