Total Body Band - Extra Long Exercise Resistance Bands Set of 3 with Door Anchor, Carrying Case, Exercise Guide

I got these so I can do a light workout when I travel and don't have a gym in the hotel. They're just right for that. The three bands are long and have multiple uses. The little door holder thingy is nice, too. There is an insert which shows a bunch of different exercises you can do with these bands that pretty much gives you a whole body workout. You can also look online for videos and instructions.The bands fold neatly into the pouch and take up very little room in the suitcase. I haven't tried to take them on the plane, but I don't think there's any metal anywhere that would set off a TSA alert, to they are very travel friendly.

Good quality, they do have a slight smell but it is normal for the type of material and went away with use.

I really like these a lot. They are long enough to use for my workout. I don't love the smell, but that is not the sellers fault. Thank you!!

Very durable and weighty

Excellent product for a reasonable price!!I am a busy mom who plays "taxi" for my three kids and all their activities. I am so busy taking them places and being at their different sports practices that I have tended to put my own workouts aside. But this is NO LONGER the case.After a few private sessions with a trainer, I learned how to use different "portable exercise equipment" such as these bands, jump ropes and the such. However, I just got too busy to stick with a schedule with her, so I have decided to acquire the different exercise tools to help me out.When I was given a chance to buy these bands at a super discounted price in order to try them out and write my review, I couldn't pass up the chance to own these myself. I simply need NO MORE EXCUSES.The package contains three latex bands of three different resistance levels (over 6 ft long each), a nice-quality carrying/storage pouch and you also get a door anchor that you can use for different exercises. It also includes a basic exercise guide that is perfect for any beginners.The bands are super versatile, as you can use them for virtually any part of your body. If you can't find the body part you would like to focus on in the little guide that comes with this set, you can always search on the internet for ideas. Even though the set comes with three different resistance levels, you can also change the resistance based on your hand positioning.If you have never tried these, I know it's easy to be skeptical, but once you've given them a try, you'll see the difference they'll make in your workout. You really need to add these if you haven't yet! These are the part of your workout routine that you can take anywhere, as they are portable and you can squeeze them into your busy life! I definitely recommend!

I got this set of resistance bands for my fiance who told me he really wants to start working out his arms since he has such beefy legs from his cycling. My fiance had a few things to say in regards to trying this set out. ((He likes the simplicity of pros and cons list so that is why the review is in that format)). These are the things he told me he had to say about this set:Pros:-Door Anchor is convenient as all get out.-The heavy resistance band feels like a heavy resistance band compared to a few other sets of resistance bands we try- this one felt like it should (nice and heavy)-rubber seems to be of a good quality and durable- plenty of length to the bands to allow for various exercises-Like that it all comes in a little pouch which keeps everything easy to find and organizedCons:-smells funny but that comes with most things made of rubber and doesn't reflect on the quality of the product.All and all I think he's pretty happy with this set, and couldn't really tell me anything he disliked about it. (I was the one that thought it smelled funny, but then again I'm not a fan of anything that smells like rubber... and I can't use these anyway as they have latex, and I have a sensitivity to that...plus I got this set for my fiance anyway.... but I digress) I think these would make a great gift for any health nut/gym fan you have in your family or friends and is small and portable so you can take it anywhere with you on the go or at home.We received these free in exchange for our honest review, and based it off our experience with them good or bad. These arrived on time and were safely packaged. Once out of the plastic, the bands come in a nice, mesh bag with a drawstring closure at the top. It's great that this bag is made of mesh; this allows the air to circulate throughout, making sure that no mold will form. The bands themselves seem are made of latex, so they can be a bit slippery, but they seem to be very durable. They do smell a little, but this isn't really surprising since it's latex. I like that each resistance is a different color so you can find the one you want to use easily. (Red= heavy, blue= medium, yellow= light)I really like the fact that this comes with a little booklet that shows you some exercises that you can do with these bands. I am quite lost when it comes to thinking of ways to use these, so the diagrams helped. It also helps to do an internet search on different exercises with these bands.A door anchor is also included in this set, which I haven't seen before. This is placed behind a door and opens up a lot more exercise options. Because it is made with foam, you don't have to worry about this ruining your door.All in all, I think these are a great addition to the home of someone who doesn't have the time or maybe spend the money to enroll in a gym.
