NIV, Bible for Women, Hardcover: Fresh Insights for Thriving in Today's World

I really like this Bible. The print is easy to read and the graphics are not to excessive. The devotions and myths are applicable to life.The pages are thin but not super thin. And do keep in mind that it is a large Bible if you plan to be carrying it a lot.I am very picky about Bibles and searched long and hard to find the perfect one. I am more than pleased!

I have to be completely honest with this review as I always am, and this just completely blew my expectations of it. The pages were too thin, I bought the lightest, highest rated highlighter for bibles and it still shows on the other side. The pages wrinkle the area they’re highlighted in. I think the prompts that are in the Bible themselves sometimes get in the way of my reading when I’m getting really into it. I also think they’re more personal than they actually are biblical. They just aren’t as relevant to the subject at times. I like some of prayers prompts, but that’s pretty much it. I could of bought a cheaper bible and gotten the same experience. I guess I can’t return because it’s highlighted. Wouldn’t waste my money on this bible though, as much as I love God. They’re are better, cheaper options! Save your money and time.

READ THIS BOOK! Devote the time to be with God in God's word. Reading the format you understand is important.With these actions you will find peace, containment in all circumstances. God does have a plan for you. You are not a mistake, God does not make mistakes. God is control. Love you Lord, God, my savior.

My daughter loves hers so much, when it was lost she she wanted this same one again... even though she had other new Bibles that she could use.

I've been using my Revolve teen bible for the past 6 years, and while it was great for me then, I needed something more. The only Co plants that I have are that the blue cover is a dust jacket, and is already slightly damaged. I was disappointed because the pretty and unique cover was what first got my attention.*this bible was not free. I paid for it, and this is my honest opinion

I love this bible. The dust cover kind of came a little bent. And it falls off a lot. I was just gonna make my own book cover. I sowed one on my last bible but it was a NLT bible. And NIV is the closest to the original language where you can still understand. It's a little smaller than I thought it would be. But it's still perfect.

Arrived quickly. Did not have a dust jacket but the important stuff is on the inside anyway.

Exactly what I was looking for. I did started reading a bible most every day again, after a 7 year period. I find the devotionals accurate to the times and expanding on the verses for the day. The Myths are great too.

Ótima Bíblia para quem quer praticar o Inglês (a versão NVI é muito boa) e estudá-la com devocionais que nos desafiam e são muito bons para nos aprofundar no conhecimento sobre o nosso Deus Pai. O tamanho da fonte é 8.5, então é pequena. Para quem tem muita dificuldade visual, não recomendo, mas para quem não se incomoda, é boa. A cor da fonte é mais um marrom escuro do que preto, o que deixa mais confortável em contraste com as folhas brancas.A capa é dura e sem detalhes ao tirarmos o papel que a protege (esse azul).Amo demais e estou estudando através dela! Recomendo.
