Had a gift catalog with this item in it but I couldn't get it til the end of December so I went to Amazon and by golly there it was in all it's glory so I ordered it and gave it as a Christmas present and the person I gave it to thought it was pretty darn cool !!

Quadropod Clamp
It does what it's supposed to. Not recommend for larger tablets or full sized iPads. The legs don't support too much weight, and the joints become loose if moved around too much. I thought it was a bit overpriced.

I liked this product for the ability to mold it into ...
I liked this product for the ability to mold it into some interesting shapes all the while being able to hold my iPhone. It is a little trickier to use with the IPad since it seems to not support the weight as well. I did try to suspend it around some cabinets pulls and hang an iPad from it but the iPad slipped after a little bit. All in all the eyecandy factor of this product is very cool.

does a good job of supporting even the ipad2 in the vertical orientation when used in the "sitting" configuration. works well with the ipad mini
