I was only able to use it for about a week before I dropped deodorant on it which stained it. I was pretty disappointed as I spent $12 on it. I ended up giving it to my cat to lay on, but unfortunately, she's been chewing on it. When I had guests over, they were making fun of it because it was too small. Maybe it was a sign that I needed to get rid of it. Who knows. I wasn't super impressed with it or anything, I was happy to have a bath mat. That's about it. It had a noticeable crease because it was folded when I received it. That ended up falling out after the first couple uses. It's fairly soft, I suppose. I mean it's not like a cloud or anything. You can still feel the floor underneath it. I wouldn't want an 8x10 rug that's this material. But for $12, it's fair. It didn't smell or anything when I received it. It smelled like deodorant after I dropped the deodorant on it. That's to be expected. I have really bad nightmares and sometimes I jolt up out of bed and run into the bathroom, I will say it has kept me from slipping on the tile. I think it lives up to the Gorilla Grip name as far as that goes. I have slipped on the tile before and it's not a pretty picture. I keep going back and forth with myself about if it's worth $12, I don't truly think it is. It's nice, don't get me wrong. But I wouldn't be shocked if I saw it in your house and you told me that it came from the Dollar Tree. You know what I mean. I have brand loyalty with Gorilla Grip and it has more pros than cons. I recommend just double checking the measurements before you buy and not dropping deodorant on it. As far as my official recommendation, that's on a person by person basis. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality *by on Reviewed in Canada 6 September 2026* Perfect size and nice quality. Soft and absorbent. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great matt *by on Reviewed in Canada 6 October 2025* Very absorbant. A little smaller than I was expecting but still a good size. ## Frequently Bought Together - GORILLA GRIP Bath Rug Mat, Thick Soft Absorbent Chenille, Quick Dry Microfiber Mats, Rubber Backing Machine Washable Shower Floor Rugs, Bathmat Runner, Bathroom Home Decor Accessories, 24x17, Grey - OLANLY Bathroom Rugs 30x20, Extra Soft Absorbent Chenille Bath Rugs, Rubber Backing Quick Dry, Machine Washable Bath Mats for Bathroom Floor, Tub and Shower, Home Decor Accessories, Grey - Mrs Awesome Clear Shower Curtain Liner with 3 Magnets, 72x72 Premium Flexible Sturdy Plastic Shower Curtain for Bathroom Lightweight, Waterproof, Clear --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/224199146-gorilla-grip-chenille-bath-rug-mat-43-x-61-cm](https://www.desertcart.be/products/224199146-gorilla-grip-chenille-bath-rug-mat-43-x-61-cm) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
