for iPhone 5s/SE 2016 Screen Replacement Black Touch Display LCD Digitizer Full Assembly Including Repair Tool and Screen Protector

I still have my old iPhone 5s as basically a kids toy for my 2 yo. Well she dropped it one too many times and the screen didn't crack but was not displaying properly. So I decided to order this and try replacing the screen myself. The process is actually pretty easy but I'm experienced with taking apart electronics so it maybe a bit intimidating for a novice or first timer. The tool kit was perfect and had every tool you need to perform this fix. After I got it installed it works like a charm perfectly fits and now my 2 yo has their phone back with a working screen. IMPORTANT: You MUST transfer your old home button from your old screen to the new screen otherwise your phone will not boot. I learned this the hard way by not reading the description or the instructions. So after I transferred the home button (again relatively easy) it booted up perfectly! PROS: Fits perfect just looks just like the OEM screen, really inexpensive and great value considering it comes with all the tools you need AND a screen protector. NEGATIVES: The screen isn't the most durable I just tried to clean it with a microfiber towel and it ended up with a few micro scratches right off the bat so you'll for sure need to put the screen protector on. The instructions it comes with is has tiny print and pictures and are basically not worth it. Just go to YouTube and teach for "iFixit iPhone 5s Screen replacement" and it give you pretty good 5 min video on how to do it including the home button swap. Overall great product works well and awesome value especially for this old of a phone to keep it going for a couple more years. Would def recommend to anyone who needs to replace an iPhone 5s screen.

I broke the screen on my son's iPhone 12 mini when I was replacing the battery. So I ordered this. I've replaced probably 30 screens before. This one felt like better quality than most. The tools were slightly better quality, the instructions were better. It had a nice note in there explaining that they'd gladly help if there were any issues. I paid about $32 for this, which was slightly more than some other listings. But I'd definitely buy this one again. It fit perfectly and functioned great. Good value for the money.

The screen was as easy to install as you would expect--lots of tiny and fragile components. I have replaced iPhone screens before, and this still took me a couple of hours. Look up video instructions, because the printed instructions that were included omitted a step (removing the metal plate from the old screen). Compared to the original screen, the color cast on the new screen is cold, the saturation lackluster, and the brightness dim. But it worked. Sort of. The biggest disappointment is that the home button and touch ID do not work with this screen (failed home button connector? iOS compatibility issue? who knows...), but that can be overcome with with on-screen home button available by enabling Assistive Touch. Initially, I opted not to try a different screen because the time to re-replace it was not worth it. But after a few days, the screen lost touch sensitivity in a few areas and developed a brighter "screen burn" area. I ordered a refurbished OEM from another seller, and I'm so glad I did! The screen looks right, works right, and the home button functions! I am returning this screen for my money back. Perhaps you will get a product that works. I did not.

I purchased a screen replacement for my Iphone SE and found it easy to change out the broken screen with the replacement following the video tutorial provided. If I wanted to double check my steps while replacing the screen, I used a youtube video by iDoctor UK (in case anyone needs the video-hone SE (2016) Screen Replacement Tutorial - DIY Guide To Fix Your Broken Phone Screen!). I'm happy with my purchase, the screen seems to work well. The tools included with the replacement screen really helped me out and am glad they were included and I didn't have to purchase separately. Also, I like that the company makes it clear that they are willing to replace the screen if its defective without you having to return the screen.

Loved this. Made the process of replacing the screen (I've never done it before) very easy - referenced a youtube video to do it. Really thankful that all accessories were included to make install easy. Fit is perfect. No issue with touch sensitivity.

Screen quality and color is not good as the original.

Pretty easy to use. My wife did the whole thing. The phone is for my middle school kid. We only would like her to call and message. So iPhone SE is perfect for this.

Magnífica, es verdad que es LCD, no es OLED, pero está a la mitad de precio que la versión OLED y es para un móvil que ya tiene sus años, asi que ha hecho el apaño perfecto. En cuanto a funcionalidades, no veo diferencia con la original, FACE ID, true tone, etc... Viene con todo lo necesario en cuanto a herramientas, así como un protector para la pantalla. El segundo está super bien explicado, lo que hace que la instalación sea sencilla (obviamente se recomienda cierta experiencia abriendo móviles, pero es sencillo). Le doy todos los puntos, ya que me ha revivido el móvil que lo daba por muerto :)

Vraiment de la bonne qualité. Très solide. Les couleurs sont nettes et le contraste est bon.

Die Installation war dank der klaren Anleitung und des umfassenden Zubehörs ein Kinderspiel. Alle benötigten Werkzeuge waren im Set enthalten, was den Prozess sehr unkompliziert gemacht hat. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Touchscreen-Reaktion, die genauso schnell und präzise ist wie beim Originaldisplay. Ich habe das Gefühl, als hätte ich mein iPhone 13 wieder wie neu! Dès le départ, écran scintille par moment qui un problème de fréquence, mais fonctionne bien que le tactile soit moyen. Je pense que le dysfonctionnement à fait chauffer le tel, qui à fini par le plus démarrer (logo apple en boucle)

La pantalla llegó bastante rápido, en excelentes condiciones de embalaje, incluye el set completo de herramientas para hacer el trabajo y quedé gratamente sorprendido porque venia en el paquete un vidrio templado para colocárselo luego de reemplazar la pantalla nueva. Quedo como nuevo!!!
