Almost Heaven for Sourdough Colony
Weck is top quality! I am a newcomer insourdough colonies, am baking smallerloaves in an air fryer about every 2 weeks.I tried larger cups & bowls that are bettersuited for people who bake more oftenfor more people. What a mess whenfeeding the colony and transferringthe leftover dough to discard!The half liter size is perfect for asmall colony of 50 to 100 grams.The 1/4 L size is ideal for discard.It’s easy to label those and stackthem in the fridge to make waffles,pancakes, etc. Feeding and cleaningup are much easier than a largemeasuring cup or bowl.Worth every penny!

Amazing quality and fun to use
SO CUTE AND USEFUL!This jar has so many different uses!! I have been loving it recently to make coffee and fun drinks. I love it so much because it is the best size and super light weight. My everyday cup for matcha
I love it so muchh that I ordered more of it. Got in different sizes too. The quality is really good even the small cup lid that I have, I accidentally dropped it and it's still good. Could feel the weight but still comfortable to use. Pretty good for the price

Wish I’d gotten these sooner!
If you do sourdough, just get them now!! I used mason jars to mix my starter for over a year, because I already had them so why buy something else. Trust me, BUY THEM NOW! The straight sides are so easy to scrape and clean. It’s easy to tell how much it’s risen/doubled. The glass lid…no fighting rust spots…without the seal keeps it covered while letting gasses escape, or with the seal makes it airtight for storing in the fridge. I got this smaller size mostly for storing my starter in the fridge when not using, & maintaining a small daily feed on days I’m not baking. I also bought the larger size for when I’m making larger amounts for bake days. They are great quality, fairly thick glass so durable as long as you don’t drop it from the microwave on the tile floor (ask me how I know :/ ), and simply make life easier!
