I put my ear on the flattened headwear when I am in bed and don't want to disturb anyone with the sound of the radio or smartphone. It is better than putting something in my ear and laying on the earpiece.  Tooks Fleece Headband with Removable Headphones, Inline Remote and Microphone (Pink)

At first I LOVED them...headband was a little tight but the sound was wonderful. But here it is 5/30 and I returned them because the left speaker stopped working. Very disappointed.

My wife has gone through a couple of pairs of Sleephones and really needed a new pair. The removable speakers fit nicely within the shell of her ear and the set also has its own volume control. She uses this item to listen to audio books in bed when she can't sleep and I never hear the audio signal. She can comfortably wear this item in two different ways - either with the headband covering her forehead or the headband positioned like a hair accessory headband positioned just past where her hairline begins.

After 3 times using, ear speakers stopped working. Which is a shame because the design is just what I need. Head band and speakers fit comfortably under my ski helmet and helps keep my ears a little warmer (also good for sleeping in when your bed partner decides to start making noise!). Will reorder and hope it was just a bad set.

I've brought quite a few of sleep bands like this and this one is my favorite although I took the speakers out and out them in my firik headband works like a charm. Sounds nice and with the firik headband I can adjust it as this one was a bit tight to sleep in. Would be perfect for jogging and stuff through.

I have a giant head and this is pretty comfy. Speakers can be a little hard, but you can move them to where they are more comfortable. Sound is pretty good, too, I mean for wearing it while sleeping to avoid disturbing your partner.

This is the second one my has ordered. It works great!
