My wife spends countless hours in front of her computer at work and her laptop at home. She's always complaining of her shoulders, neck, and back hurting. With this posture corrector it has really decreased a lot of the issues she was having. She said its lightweight & easy to get used to wearing. She wears it daily while working from home. She would recommend it to anyone having similar issues

So to be honest I never used a posture correcter before. So when purchasing this one what led me get this over all others was what I thought were sturdy support bars that are advertised. After receiving the product I realized they aren't sturdy metal or a thick plastic even. The material seems about as sturdy to the top of a plastic container from a fast food restaurant in which was highly disappointing. I was thinking it was a solid sturdy brace but its all a soft material. In which makes me feel like when I wear it that its more of a reminder to sit up straight and puts forth some resistance when wanting to sit in my normal slouching position. I thought that it would make me stay in a perfect posture position the whole time I'm wearing and be nothing but full on constant structure support. Like I said just not as sturdy as I was expecting. But after paying $30 it seems more of a hassel to return so I guess I'll try it out for a couple days and update my review but to be honest I feel as though I may need more help because I naturally sit in a slouching position. It's a comfortable material just not the discipline I had hoped for.*UPDATE*After wearing it for a while it dose exactly what it's intended to do. I wear it every day now.

This was the second posture corrector I bought The first was junk. I'm kind of on a late life makeover, for most of my life I've had hunched shoulders, forward neck, l was a very shy child I would kind of fold myself up trying to keep people from seeing me which in turn gave me terrible posture I had tried once when I was younger to correct it but it was hard while you were working we're going to school and frankly it was painful. That being said this is very comfortable to wear if you do wear it over a shirt or something, but it is painful when your muscles start to go are there supposed to you'll even fill this terrible fatigue when you take it off and like get in the shower because your muscles have been held in the proper place for a period of time I can now wear this almost all day, no more fatigue. I wear it walking, watching television with the pillow behind my back to help me sit up straighter. I also have to work on keeping my neck in the proper position for everything to come into alignment. I read where people complain that it hurt their neck or their muscles ached, well that's because everything is going where it's supposed to. 55 years of bad posture and I am standing more correctly I look taller, I feel taller. A friend who didn't know that I was wearing the brace or working on my posture said to me one day last week 'for some reason that blouse you're wearing makes you look very statuesque'. Statuesque I've been called a lot of things but never Statuesque. Have been using it about a month now, after reading up on the subject it could take up to seven or eight months to get your posture correct and I imagine we have to keep thinking about it but I am so pleased with the product and what it is done for me that I would give it a thousand stars if I could. I do wish the belt part of it was a little wider because it will ride up on your ribs once in awhile.

Hello,I have been working from home for about 4 months now. Lots of typing and sitting on the chair.Hence, I was looking for something which helps me with the correct posture and eliminates any back trouble.I would recommend this product for anyone who think he will be working from home for a while and sitting.Comes in three different sizes (i got it in XL).

I have often suffered with lower back pain that can be fairly debilitating. My last recent experience was a result of a simple movement to get something out of the backseat of my car. A friend mentioned to me that a back brace might be useful. I did my research and found this Snoky Brace. I ordered it and received it the next day and have been wearing it since then. I find it has significantly contributed to the lessening of pain. My pain has been reduced by at least 80% in just three days. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

This is definitely a good buy for a posture brace. I wouldn't invest in it for anything pathological (scoliosis, etc), but it seems to help witb posture training very well.I wore it ~2hrs/day the first week and by day 7-8 I was very conscious of my posture when out of the brace. It was already creating the vital proprioceptive sense of my body that I needed to correct my stance w/o mechanical assistance. I'm still wearing the brace ~2hrs/day, into week 3, and even more conscious of my posture out of the brace. I will continue to use it until I have developed enough core support to stay upright all the time.I have EDS and ASD, 2 diagnoses common in people with very bad posture. It has a lot to do with poor muscle tone and poor proprioceptive sense. A brace like this seems to be tolerated well, for me, and provides compression, too, for sensory seekers and those that need that compression to soothe.Be sure to measure for proper fit. These have decent flexibility w/in each size range, but if you order too small you might get pinches in the arm-pits from the arm straps. If you order too big, it won't work. I am a 5'5", 140# woman and a large fits well. The waist band sits right under my ribcage and stops at my belly button.

I bought this more for the upper back support, which it provides through reinforcing strips along the spine. For me, the strap that goes around your middle is too high up and constantly "rides up" higher than I'd like it to be. I want the supportive strips along the spine to go lower by 2-3 inches. Perhaps I should try the larger size. I am not a large man (5'5"). I have been able to adjust it by velcro-ing it at an angle to my lower back brace. Overall I believe it has reduced my upper back pain, just wish it did so without the tweaking.

I had already ordered other posture correctors, but they were all micro-sized and did not fit me and so I returned them.The Snoky Posture Corrector really does fit an adult male. It works well and it has the added bonus of a warming effect on the spinal area. It is made of material soft enough that it does not dig into the shoulder area, and I have found no problems with wearing it all day.

Works as advertised. I just wish it wasn't all made of synthetic material.The straps can dig into your skin so you'd have to wear it over your shirt which means, you can only use it at home.The material also means that you can't wear it for too long. You'd start sweating and the skin gets irritated even when worn over a shirt.

- The belt do not give the right support to the back.- After wearing the belt, the bottom side slowly raises & comes towards the chest.- The product is not the good fit for any of the body type- The magnets are very small and doesn't do the trick that we expect.- The belt has never gave me a pain relief.I tried returning back the product but the site is not letting me cancel the order. The money has gone.

Product is not comfortable . I wear belt but pain in underarm . I request Amazon and seller please replace this product but no solution both side .this is not pain relief belt this belt is pain gainer belt. This product worst for me...😣
