No issues!!!
The media could not be loaded. A lot of the reviews I read prior to purchase started the wiring diagram was all wrong and what not. The wiring diagram for mine worked just fine. I wired it to where the Button light comes on only when pushed. Installed it in cigarette plug to make a clean look.

Worked well, does what it's supposed to do
I used this for an external horn I purchased from Harbor Freight. It works well and looks nice. I would recommend this item.

Works good, triple test switch connections
The media could not be loaded. Wiring diagram wrong. Markings on back of switch wrong. Figuring out connections is a crapshoot, at best. Mine was marked correctly on back of switch except "common" and "n/c", they are flip flopped. This was extremely confusing. Broken English instructions are a joke. Nice switch though, definitely very slick and high-end appearing.

Wrong wiring
Works good once you figure out the wiring. for mine the yellow wire was the normally open (to horn positive wire). green was normally closed (not used for horn) black is negative (horn and switch to negative on battery). red and blue tied together for positive (switch and l.e.d. positives to battery) Hopefully this helps others wire theirs up. If they had the wiring correct I would give it 5 stars
