Perfect for the Price
If you don’t expect to play most ps1 and snes titles, this handheld is awesome. The shoulder buttons are a bit too close together for how small they are, but it’s not terrible. Form factor is my favorite. Long love the clamshell. Battery is great. Screen is great. Small screen tearing at times, but nothing that ruins the experience. Great add to the collection.

Not Bad, a good value.
So the battery life on this thing is kind of short....you,ll notice the screen flicker and sound distort with static. You can change out the battery to better one. Some of the games are foreign so I can't play them unless theyre action games that require less reading. For the price I am not disappointed. There is a note stating to turn of the system through the software before turning off the hardware or it might delete the memory card. The screen quality is clear, is way better than the original Gameboy SP. There is a tiny bit of bubbling on the screen which is not noticeable compared to others thst bought this item. Also, flipping the lid down doesnt put the screen to sleep or conderve battery.

Amazing old style games from 1970-2003 (I think)
I loved the amount of games it has, only bad thing is you can’t save your spot in the game in order to continue where you left it, as soon as you turn off the game and off the device, you lose all progress and have to start from the beginning of the game. But other than that it was a pretty amazing to play with. Old arcade games, Legend of Zelda games, Sailor moon arcade style, even Tetris (which I got it for).

Just don’t do it to yourself
I bought this as a gift like a year ago. It was terrible. Battery life was awful. Quality of screen and game play was terrible. Just go look elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

More games than you can play
What's amazing is that something that costs 100's of dollars and 20 or more for a single game back in the 80/s/90's, for around 50 bucks you can have loaded with 2,000 games? Wow has time/tech come a long way. Games all seem to work (did not test them all) but due to the options navigation can be a bit tricky with what buttons to use when (not a simple select, back, next set up) but knowing what A does and B, and C. Other than that it's great, my kid loves it, and will play a different game, each day for the next 10 years or so. I also hacked it with the online mod (which took a while, I'm not a tech person) but did manage to create a backup chip with the alternate software (which has even more games). Worth the price. I have not needed customer service so can't comment on that, but would not hesitate to buy this brand, from this seller again

A great handheld only if you know what you are doing!
This handheld has a great form factor though it's hard to go wrong when modeling yourself after the Gameboy advance SP. Unfortunately, the internal build quality is not great, meaning this may not last long unless you are really careful with how you use it which doesn't make it ideal for young kids. It needs to be shutdown through the software like a computer and then switched off from the power switch. If you just switch it off, which kids will be prone to do, you will eventually destroy the memory card and lose all of your games. It also struggles to play many of the included games and plays very few low end games for the PlayStation. You should also be aware that even though it has 4 shoulder buttons, only R1 & L1 work. The other two are essentially for show since the included firmware doesn't support their function. The included SD card is loaded with games but the card is very cheap so it may not last long. Many of the games are also mislabeled. The included battery is also very cheap and will only offer about 3 hours of play time. There is an included USB charger but I am hearing from other users that the unit doesn't regulate the charging process properly so it's common for users to fry the circuitry after a certain number of charges. This unit is also $20 more expensive here than it is on AliExpress but if you must have it I highly suggest buying it here over anywhere else and spending a few extra bucks for the 3 year warranty. Here is my recommendation for getting the most out of this thing if you really want it.1. Buy it here on Amazon so you get the buyer protection only Amazon can offer.2. Buy the extended warranty plan.3. Buy a better battery with a charger. Amazon sells a Taeozi brand that comes with two batteries and a charger for around $12.4. Only use the charger to charge the batteries. Never plug this thing into anything via it's included USB cable.5. Buy a SanDisk SD card. 8 gigs minimum.6. Google "Miyoo custom firmware" and flash it to your new SD card. It's a way more stable and customizable operating system.7. Move all the included ROMs over from the original SD card or better yet just add your own.8. Find Hijynx187's guide for optimizing PS1 games on Miyoo. Last I checked, he has gotten 125 of the best PS1 games to run full speed on this thing.9. Hold onto that warranty.Congratulations! You just turned a $30 toy that would likely break in a month into a great $70 handheld that might last you years. Fingers crossed!

Decent handheld emulator
OS supports a number of good emulators. GBA games play great on it but the screen is big enough/different pixel density so full screen ends up scaled oddly. Fits PS1 but 3D games tend to be choppier, whereas 2D games run smoothly. Device is actually a Powkiddy V90 (which is a Bittboy Pocket Go clone in a different shell). There are custom OSes out there if you want to try replacing it for slightly better performance, but you're still ultimately limited by the hardware. The form factor is great, pocket sized and the clamshell makes it smaller. The buttons could use some work. Speakers are loud but kinda crunchy. If you're looking for an emulator with physical buttons as opposed to your phone, it's a great alternative. If you've got a little more money to spend, a more mainstream handheld would probably be worth it but for a cheap one this works.Last note: The device does not suspend when the device is closed! I wondered that before buying.
