When I purchased my first Tsaiclip, I was very excited. But almost immediately when I used it for the first time, the spring welding snapped rendering it useless. I was rather upset and contacted the sellers who replied to my email within a few hours and by the end of the day had shipped me a new one. With 2-3 business days, I had 2 not 1 new Tsaiclips!! (@ different colors).In all honesty as a product this is one of the best you can get. Very well thought out. In my line of business where it pays to have a personality, this comes in very VERY handy. It's subtle and not in your face like a fluorescent tie with Marvin the martian on it.It's well worth the buy. I would HIGHLY recommend the product and the sellers' service. Just buy one.

He really loves it, thinks it's adorable. The only problem is that it is too short across his ties. Would look better longer.
