Exactly what I was looking for!
I am a vegetarian and a supplements freak and order a lot of different products on amazon to help me and my husband battle deficiencies and help boost our immune systems. And whereas I don’t have any problems taking ten different capsules throughout a day my husband, on the other hand, struggles to take even three and often ‘forgets’ to take them. And this is where this product comes in. I was able to subsidise most of the vitamins that I take and provide them to my husband in just one tablet, easy to swallow. Apart from our usual: all B vitamins (so important especially when you are a vegetarian), D3, A, C, E, magnesium, selenium (so important for men) & zinc, these tablets also include copper (zinc’s antagonist), iron, calcium, L-glutamine (which I take as a powder after workouts), iodine (which I take a couple of drops a day in a form of Lugol’s Iodine). On top of all that there is turmeric, rarely seen in multivitamins, which has anti-cancer properties and much more! I am glad to have found all those vitamins and minerals in one tablet, so I don’t have to worry about my husband staying healthy and taking enough supplements.

Complex suplements in one pill!
I am the kind of person who hates to swallow tablets and this product is just made for me. I used to take every day vit C, Vit D, multivitamins for skin and hair, Tumeric and many more. This suplement contains over 20 vitamins and minerals in just one pill. I highly recommend this product if you want to save money and at the same time supply your body 100% vitamins and minerals you need. And it is made for vegetarians as well! Many thanks!

Best on the market
LONG TERM REVIEW- where to start, I am doing shift work and start taking this vitamins long time ago,can see results in ;quicker recovery after lack of sleep, better skin condition ,went through wirus infection and could see much quicker (3days)recovery compare to my house mates(10days). I have tried many multivitamins but that one is best so far on the market.

Horrible
These are possibly the worst tasting vitamin tablets ever made! The tablets are massive, they smell and tase vile, and are very hard to swallow. Even when I’ve broken the tablet into two or three pieces I still find them difficult to swallow and they feel like they get stuck in my throat.

These vitamins are great, they contain everything you need and with such a large amount of them you won't run out for a while.They are not too large making them easier to swallow. They are around the same size as a paracetamol, maybe just slightly larger.

Excellent Easy to Swallow Multivitamin Tablets
I try these multivitamin tablets for men for a few days and I have to say that I can feel the difference.I feel much more focused and energized after feeling wick last week.These Tablets are easy to swallow what was also important for me. I recommend it!
