I am on a Keto life style plan and for a change, wanted some bread. I have tried loads....tried to make bread as well and the only thing it was fit for was the bin!Now to this. The Bread buns.In packs of 4. I opened one pack and foze the remainder. They freeze and defrost great.The opened pack was placed in the fridge as per instructions.The buns are LARGE. Much bigger than I expected so, 5 Stars for size. It definitely makes a decent sandwich!Taste and Flavor.After nearly a year without bread worth the description of bread, the taste was great, light, airy, and a bread like texture. Yes it does taste a bit different but it's near enough to dam it, to bread. Yet again I will give it 5 Stars.Price.I was a bit concerned about the price but on reflection it's a fair price for a lovely bread rolls that you can actually eat and enjoy. I have these buns occasionally as a treat but they are definitely worththe money in my opinion. If you are wanting bread every day then these will work out expensive but for a treat these are exceptional! My husband after trying them ordered me more...a definite first! So again 5 Stars.They make a bread loaf so that is going to be my next purchase. Oh yes if you were like me and wanting a bacon and egg bun I can highly recommend these.I have never recommend a Keto product as they are generally just getting on the Keto band wagon but this product is the exception to the rule.

Decided to try these as I have heard so many good things about them.The rolls are a good size so plenty of space for a nice low carb breakfast roll.They are tasty to, I wasn't expecting them to be on par with bread, but I like them a lot. Texture is close to bread they are slightly chewie than regular bread but they are far far better for you than regular bread as they are really low carb. They do have sugars but it can't be much because of the low carb count per roll. I would recommend these because they are so nice. First time I have had a cheese roll in a couple of years and it was yum.My only gripe is I wish they were gluten free.

Yummy rolls you can get your teeth into. Cheese and onion, ham and mustard. Makes being on Keto bearable 😍.Some might say, a tad chewy, I think that they are a tad too expensive, but hey, they are very nice.

I’ll start with the bad part first. the item only had 2 days best before date on them when received which was not great. If they had arrived on the arrive by date they would have been past the best before. Anyway, I contacted the seller and worked this out. Overall the product was good, they are a little chewy I think this was due to the siz. I would prefer 6 smaller rolls rather than 4 big. They toast well which is a bonus so I’m going to try the bread version.

I’ve been a low carb diet for about two years now, due to having high blood sugars.Bread is one of the things I have crave the most (in addition to decent pasta and white rice) so it was a real treat to find bread rolls as good as these and with such a low carb rating.As others have said, they don’t taste exactly the same as normal rolls but the taste is still very good nonetheless.They are a little fluffy, soft and about the size of a good app so perfect for any sandwich filling or breakfast filling.They freeze very well and as they come in quite a large pack are easily stored in the freezer to make them last longer.They feel quite healthy too, as they are rather more like brown bread than white.What a find. Can’t wait to try other products in this range.

I am ordering again!

I recently bought 3 packs of 4 large rolls.I am confused about the labelling of the nutritional information and am concerned that it cannot be trusted.For protein for example, it says that there is 25g per 100g or 5.4g per 65g. How can their be quadruple protein in just 35g extra of bread?Also in fibre - it says 8.3g in 100gOf bread but a whopping 16g in 65g. So double the amount of fibre in less bread.It’s clear the information is inaccurate and it therefore makes me question how valid the claim of 2.6g carbs in each roll?!I’ve raised it with them and awaiting a reply.On the plus side, it’s a bit chewy but a suitable alternative to bread if you’ve been craving it. Worth having in the freezer for the odd bacon butty but quite expensive and not so amazing you’d have them all the time.However - I do question the nutritionalClaims as per the above and the attached photo!

Originally I bought the sliced bread from these guys which is fab, actually tastes like bread, sandwiches, toast and all those things that were out of reach for a low carb diet are suddenly back on. However, these rolls are even better than the bread which I didn't think was possible. Unlike other low card alternatives, these are soft, fluffy and taste exactly like bread rolls, if not even better. They also make great burger buns....I cannot recommend enough. You put them in the freezer and just take out when needed. They only take about half an hour to defrost and you are left with what feels like the softest, freshest bread rolls ever. I have no idea how they do this, but thank goodness for this company. Low carb is now much easier than it used to be. Yes people may think they are quite expensive, which compared to standard bread, then yes it is, but for me it is worth it to have this alternative and who knows, if more people buy it, the price may come down. I just want to say thank you!
