Ok but not enough information of what speed or setting you’re using and too easy to catch the off button. The massage head does feel pleasant but not a really deep massage for painful muscle.

As most people are aware, whilst this is carefully advertised as a massage wand, it is something that you would usually purchase in an adult store and is not strictly used for general purpose massages!It is well made, using a safe silicone, which pretty much covers the entire wand. It feels soft and smooth to the touch, except for the wand head, which has a ribbed texture.The wand comes with a usb charger cable, so it does not require batteries and is a completely enclosed unit, so it is waterproof.The wand has three function buttons, the power on/off, vibration mode and vibration speed.The wand supposedly has 20 pattern modes, for varied massage pulses, however, some of the patterns seem so similar they are really indiscernible as being different, so I would query there being 20, it doesn't seem like there are.The wand is quite powerful on it's initial power on, but you can increase it using the speed function button if you like.The usb charger works via two magnetic connection points on the handle of the wand, so you need a flat surface to ensure the connector doesn't fall off, as it can be knocked off easily. So be sure you have somewhere you can place it discreetly, while it charges.It states that it comes with a velvet carry bag... unfortunately this is not true... it comes with a nylon style bag, which feels very cheap and only just fit's the product and charger cable. This bag is very poor quality and detracts from the overall feel of the product, as for the price of just £18.99, it is actually really good and similar in an adult store would cost at least £10 more. I wish it did have the velvet bag, as this would give the product a less tacky image.Overall, a great value "massage wand", just let down by the storage bag!

When it arrived I was happy the the outer packaging was discrete, just normal amazon packaging which I should have expected as it is sent from amazon, but it is also a bit of a concern with items like this. The actual packaging of the product is not very discrete, it is clear what is inside, but it is very elegant.When taking the massager out of the packaging the first thing that struck me is the amazing soft touch material used for almost the entire product. It is so nice to touch and feels great on every part of your body you could imagine to use this on. The only part of the item which is a different material is the metal part at the bottom with the Ravlove logo on, this is subtle enough and not in your face.The magnetic charger is a nice touch too, and I think this is the lowest cost massager we have that uses a magnetic charger. The magnet is quite strong, but it would be nice for it to connect a little more, maybe it the metal connection points docked a little more that would help. Also the cable is quite short and as it is magnetic and proprietary it means you cannot use any other maybe longer cables. The product also comes with a storage bag which is nice, but the material of the bag could be thicker and nicer but it is discrete and the massager and charger fit nicely inside.When it comes to using the massager, the vibrations a nice and strong, definitely not out most powerful toy, but maybe has the best cost to power ratio. One nice touch is that when you turn it on it starts on the most powerful setting, which lets face it is what most of us want most of the time! The only pattern setting I generally use on this type of massager is a slow fade from lowest to highest power, but that is one of the few options missing, there are plenty of others, but that is a notable omission.I have included a video of using the different power settings in water to visually show the power of the vibrations. I have used the slow motion setting on my phone to help visualise it. You can also hear the volume of the massager in the video, it is definitely not the quietest but I think you can drown it out with music or a tv, also I don’t think it would be hear through more than 1 wall.Pros :- Amazing soft touch material- Powerful vibrations- Magnetic charger- storage bagCons :- No power fade setting

The media could not be loaded. This is just fantastic!The speeds and pulses are all really nice. It's easy to hold and has that soft touch feel. The size is spot on but it's certainly not silent. USB charging cable has a magnetic connection which is easy to use but specific to the massager so look after it. Included is a nylon bag to keep it all in. My only complaint is that the charge terminals are on the opposite side to the charging lights so you can't easily see them while charging but not an issue and certainly would not put me off of buying. Things have come a long way with battery running time and the built in lithium batteries. I've had a couple of massagers but never a wand. My mains powered body massager will now be redundant for sure.This is also so easy to clean and can be towel dried without ending up covered in fluff.10/10

We tried to charge this, but nothing at all happened, it simply never worked. I cannot give a fair review, score or comments for this reason.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a massage gadget that really worked, but try all seem so expensive ( I was after the message gun, but sooo expensive) so I decided to give this a try. It is really soft to the touch, the head moves it has really good movement, and I liked the speeds and the different effects, I tried it with oil in my calf as I get it really tense as I’m an instructor and it relaxed them and I wasn’t in pain the next day after my class. The only down side I see is the charging, because it is magnetic it comes off very easily so you need to make sure that is plugged correctly and it doesn’t move otherwise it won’t charge. Apart from that very useful massager!
